Josh Macdonald: Havent been to a dentist in 10+ years because of some terrible experiences as a kid at other dentists. Everyone that was involved with me for a new patient exam, x-rays, cleaning, and fillings were very understanding and accommodating to my anxieties. Ensuring everything was going well, talking about different things, and making sure I was comfortable. My insurance also ran out so we made plans for the new year to finish up my other filings and another cleaning so I wasn't having to worry about out of pocket expenses.
Isabella Cujo: I went to Eastgate dental and had the best experience. My dental hygienist Ferdous was wonderful and so very compassionate. She was so encouraging and I would recommend Eastgate Dental and Ferdous to anyone who will need a dentist. Five stars in my book. Thank you Ferdous, you are the best!

However the dentist and her assistant were amazing today, showing compassion and empathy. Taking time to make sure I was heard and doing all they could to help ease my pain. I will return only to continue my care with Maria and the dentist I seen today. As for the lady who makes appointments, show some empathy towards your patients for the lives they live.

J O: Dr. Leonardi was wonderful. Kind, clear, and one of the least painful ultrasounds I've had. Considering I've generally felt pain for all of my previous ones that's pretty impressive. I got clear and patient information that didn't feel rushed, a sense of importance in their efforts to send the info to my doc asap, and validation about my condition.I would say the only negative is that they ask preferred name in the form but don't use it without prompting. But for me, I care most about the pain and other aspects of the exam. For someone else this could be very difficult.Overall I would definitely recommend the place and the doctor. It's amazing to get confirmation and validation before surgery. I don't have to go into surgery being afraid of misdiagnosis or wasting people's time. I get to understand my pain in advanced, and even got more clarity on the why and how.Thank you to Dr. Leonardi.
Mehgan Lalumiere: I submitted my requisition to Halton-Wentworth X-Ray and Ultrasound a while back and was told someone would contact me within 7-10 business days and to NOT submit my requisition again or to call them. Well its been over two weeks so last night at around 10 pm I decided to try Hamilton Diagnostic. I got a call this morning around 10:30 am and spoke to a very nice lady who was able to accommodate my requests and booked my appointment! I am already so impressed with this clinic and needed to leave a review for anyone who is looking for a place to get their diagnostic imaging done, this is the place!

From the moment they answer your phone call to the day you come in to have your procedure done, they both treat you with stellar customer service. Whenever my doctor sends me for a procedure, he knows I will only go to this location. They’re incredible. Today I needed to get a copy of some imaging for an upcoming appointment with a specialist. In a matter of 2 minutes I had everything they had on file in my hands. It blew me away. I’ve been to other x-ray places where it requires you to wait up to a week to get the same documentation. A very special thank you to you Mandy and Saba! You are to be commended on your outstanding customer service. I don’t know how much you get paid, but I can tell you it’s not enough! Fiammetta Mazzetti: The staff never cease to amaze me. They are warm, welcoming and always attentive to my every need. Recently I had a huge swollen cheek. It got really bad on the Saturday evening. I informed the York and Bay office via the website around 10 pm not thinking anyone would respond until office hours on Monday. Not so! to my amazement, Dr. Yim responded within the hour, prescribed penicillin and saw me first thing when the office opened and releaved the pressure! I had to bring my 85 year old mother with me that day because I had to and she also made a point of saying how welcomed the staff made her feel while she waited for me. Dr. Yim continued to contact me the ensuing days to see how it was progressing. What a wonderful dentist and what wonderful staff. I will never change and I often recommend them to anyone who will listen.

From the brand new, bright and welcoming reception area to the state of the art individual dental rooms and equipment, there is no aspect of your dental care that has been overlooked. To top it off the staff at Sagewood Dental Care are some of the friendliest, most helpful and incredibly well trained staff that I have ever had the pleasure to interact with. Going to the dentist is no longer an experience to dread but one I look forward to. I know I am receiving the best dental care possible, in a fantastic facility with staff who look after every possible need you may have and some you don’t even think of. Nina Fabienne: Amazing staff. Easy scheduling, take the time to explain and listen. Dr. Abe is a wonderful guy! Avoid Dr. Urquhart - no beside manner and not a knowledgable dentist, thankfully they have Dr. Abe to save the day!

I also like a good laugh , all goals were met with the experience . From the time I entered the office to the time I left , it was all positive.
