But their online customer service is prompt and clear regardless.Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to buy gifts or high end knives for kitchen enthusiast. Jodi Vandenbraak: it said delivered but I couldn't find it anywhere no note or anything... after a few hours of freaking out I get on the phone with the delivery service when I receive a knock on my door and a sweet old lady was who received my package brought it to the correct address... it was pure luck and human kindness that my knife wasn't stolen because a lot of people would have just kept it themselves and I would have been out $600 and no knife... so I highly recommend go to the store and buy the knife there....
