Jay Mayock: Very impressed with my experience with a return. Instead of buying a sampler of double edged blades, I got a few hundred-packs. One of the brands didn't agree with my face, and I was stuck with 98 blades I didn't want to use. After an email exchange, I simply expected a partial refund - but Fendrihan refunded the whole package of 100 blades once I returned them. Very quick turn around time, too - just a couple of days. I'll definitely be ordering again in the future.

And I was so pleased I sent for two Taylor's shaving cream bowl, which are also very good indeed. Delivery was fast and they all came beautifully packed.Julianna is the star - if you need advice she's knows her stuff. Go to her on thr 1800 # if you wish to ask questions etc.
