Cass: the superintendent here is amazing! he was so helpful i can’t even go into the details but i would have had to spend 4 hours on the road to provide what was needed of me and it was my own fault if i could hug him i would but i think it is inappropriate however he deserves a raise and God richly bless him!

Hair and Spa Retreat: I came on Monday , it was long line but the service was very professional experience and fast for this location.
Sierra Horton: Excellent experience here. I walked in around 10 am to renew my passport and was served almost immediately. Everyone from the front desk workers to those processing my application were friendly and helpful. I received my passport in the mail in 2 business days!

Jenny Doan: . For those coming here for the first time, heads up that there will be a security guard who will let everyone in one-by-one. They will tell you to wait at the front door, then enter the front door but wait in front of the 2nd door, then once the person in front of you gets served then you can fully enter and speak with the front staff.

Please note I was not in a rush, there were others who needed their passport asap, they came in after me and left before me. They are prioritizing the wait time based on urgency.
