Company Account: I engaged Girgenti Custom Window Treatments to install electric and manual blinds in my house. Seven windows had electric blinds installed. My double door exit to the Master balcony, which has two full window inserts, had manual blinds installed over the inserts. Two other windows in the house had manual blinds installed as well.Engaging any home improvement company during the Covid crisis was challenging at best. Stefano answered my call and within 48 hours he measured all windows, provided me with alternative fabrics, colors and housing options. Stefano also demonstrated incredible kindness as I am legally blind. He was patient with me. He also went out of his way to visit me a few days later to drop off samples. This was way over and above what I was expecting from him.Additionally, Stefano was fully masked and wore gloves. He showed tremendous respect for me by doing this.Upon installation Stefano and Giovanni arrived to perform the work. Giovanni was again extremely careful about wearing a mask to ensure “I” was being protected. The courtesy alone shown by these men would have lead me to recommend this company alone. However, the product quality, installation precision and software application etc etc. put the icing on the cake.I also looked at other window treatment companies for quotes. Not one came close to providing the value which I received from Girgenti.Thank you Stefano and Giovanni for your incredible service! I strongly recommend Girgenti Window Treatments for your window covering needs.

They carry a wide selection of coverings to suit your budget and style. My order from start to finish took a just under two weeks! Installation was scheduled promptly and the installers were excellent!The blinds are made here in Canada! My only suggestion is and I would have given full 5 stars is that the Blinds to Go red label sticker shows in my window and it is does not come off nicely. Perhaps put it on the underside or use a sticker that peels off without leaving a residue.I was told to use a blow dryer and nail polish remover to take the label off. I also had concerns that the blind sits above the sill showing a gap. I followed up with Blinds to Go and was told that’s how they sit. I would suggest looking into this since it’s a custom fit and measured by their staff that this be reviewed and improved. The fit is fine if the cascade blinds are fully closed. The gap happens when you allow light filtering. See pictures. Overall a very good experience.

The gent that came to the house for measuring and then again for installation was professional and efficient. The only part I did not like was the overuse of emails/ texts in addition to the spam emails about sales/ product lines. Way too much. I will happily unsubscribe from it all and sit back and enjoy my new blinds.

Kelly Shovhan: This location has always been great to us, in the way that any person would expect, but today they went above and beyond. After a terrible kids workshop experience at another location we came here asking if they’d be able to accommodate us for the day instead, and thankfully that had an extra kit we were able to take home AND a spare kit from a previous workshop as an kind gesture. They were amazingly kind, horrified to hear about the issues we experienced at the other store and asked us to return here for the future so they could continue to take care of us.Separately to todays ordeal the store has always been clean, well organized and professional, and I could never imagine an issue happening like we had at that other location.
