Thank you Dr. Chan for finally giving me some answers, as disappointing to me as they were, at least I can try preventative measures in the hopes of it not getting worse too soon.Everyone was so nice and friendly for both visits. My appointments are quick, yes, but I never feel rushed or pushed out the door when I’m there. Not very often you find a doctor, and a specialist at that, who’s such a down to earth person.

Dee Vanderveer: , and the patience, and care he had with me. It couldn’t have been easy doing an eye exam on someone who won’t stop talking, and thereby moving, but he did it!
Charles Small: I was diagnosed with a detached retina in February of this year. Very scary experience; the sight in my left eye went from relatively normal to practically zero in a couple of days. Happily, my optometrist arranged for an appointment here and insisted I go immediately. Dr Chaudhary saw me right away, though there was no clinic on. This was on a Friday; the surgery was scheduled for Tuesday morning. Ten days of sitting or lying with head down afterward, eleven weeks until the gas bubble was gone from my eye. Many many eye drops. Cataract surgery eight months later, then another five weeks to get new glasses prescription. Unbelievably, my sight in that eye now is as good as it was before the detachment. I had heard others refer to Dr Chaudhary as a miracle worker; I can attest to that. Five stars are not enough. No doubt I was lucky too, but in his care you can be sure you are in excellent hands.
Mark L: I had no idea this place existed. Of course until I needed it. I was diagnosed with a detached retina on Wednesday and in surgery first thing Friday morning. I’ve already had 3 follow up appointments in the first week. Two scheduled and one due to high pressure in my eye. Which was relieved by a prescription. Despite being an extremely busy place, my appointments were timely and always greeted by friendly receptionists, techs, nurses, and doctors.Not everyone appreciates or understands the hectic daily grind these people work through. And I know some are more suited to this type of career than others. But in my experience I have nothing but praise to give.

Louise Deziel: I had the fortunate experience of having an appointment with Dr Mark Fava in December of 2022. From my first steps into his clinic to leaving a short time later everything was excellent. The receptionist greeted me immediately and checked me in. After a short wait one of the aides did the preliminary check up and put eye drops in. She was very pleasant and efficient. I was then sent back to the waiting area to wait my turn to see the Dr. After a very short wait I was called into an examination room and asked a few questions by another Dr. , perhaps one in training. He also could not have been nicer ! Dr. Fava came in a few minutes later to see me and discuss the reasons for my visit. He was very very pleasant and friendly and really could not have been more efficient . He was a real pleasure to deal with and I felt very satisfied with my visit ! I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Fava to anyone.

Only reason why I’m giving four stars instead of 5 is because I get my glasses somewhere else I felt like I was being pushed to buy frames from them. Before leaving one of the girls stated the lens I need would be offered only at their location and I wouldn’t be able to get it else where…when I called where I get my prescription frames from to confirm if they had this lens they said yes they do. I just don’t like being lied to I understand they need to try to sell their products but don’t lie and make it obvious. It’s a turn off for us customers
Ryan McNally: Remarkable experience. Went in for an eye exam and new glasses. Was attended to by Maryam and Tracy for the most part. They were were both excellent and really went out of their way for me. In addition to this, the rest of team such as Lucy and Ailona were so polite, knowledgeable, as well as helpful. Dr. Garzon was amazing and even took out the time to help me pick out some glasses with advice on what would work best. Definitely recommended.
