TheKodester: Have primary shopped here for clothing and shoes, but they have other items such as kitchen ware.For men’s clothing I say the style leans toward casual, business casual, business, and/or formal.Shoes and boots are the same but they are really good quality for the price. Winter boots I got where $60 they are extremely warm, comfortable, and easy to get on since velcro.Also the staff have always been wonderful.

Every time I have gone there to shop I have been greeted and helped and happy that the staff takes the time to help find you a perfect outfit no matter the occasion. They also offer hemming and altering.

Carla Parente: Unique, cool, edgy! Beautifully crafted dresses, skirts etc. When I wear their designs, I am flooded with compliments! They use the most interesting fabrics - gorgeous, great fit!! Love that you have a broad range of sizes too!

I've bought a few things here over the years and they last well, made well and I get so many compliments. Most recently I bought the coolest purse ever and mentioned that Cinderella was my childhood favorite, they're going to see if they can get more. So cool.
B: I was at Lime Ridge mall for another reason when a beautiful dress caught my eye. I didn’t know that Blackbird Studio moved to Lime Ridge from James Street North! The new location is bright and beautiful. The salesperson was friendly and helpful. I bought the Ricky dress which is very flattering and will be perfect for spring summer events!

From t-shirts, jackets, dresses and accessories, I have never been disappointed. Plus, I get to hear Blondie on the soundtrack and the Bowie items are cool. Thanks ladies. Lyn and Kerry are wonderful local designers!This summer I needed an extra special dress for my son's small outdoor "covid" wedding. The first place I thought of was Blackbird Studios and I was not disappointed! They helped me find the most Stunning dress! Even my mask was a blackbird original. I had so many wonderful compliments.I know it is difficult to get out during these pandemic times so I recommend you check out their website. They have the most wonderful limited run designs in a variety of sizes.
