Nishad Kulkarni: Knife Sheath Repair and customization. My knife sheath was in dire repair, my belt loop and knife strap needed to be replaced and I also wanted to get a custom sleeve added to my sheath for my fire rod and steel. I spoke to the team, they assured me it could be done. Asked for 2 weeks time, was not a problem for me. They called me 4 days later to advise the work was done.I was impressed with the quality of the work and the speed with which it was done, 2weeks lead time and was done in 4 days. Amazing. the custom sleeve for my fire rod is a dream fit.And the cost was extremely reasonable and customer service was top notch.Thank You Tundra Leather. !!
Bruce Pilcher: have provided me with Great advice and support as I begin learning how to repair various leather items and even make some myself. There are kits and books as well. There is also a selection of finished hand make leather items for example dog collars. Lessons are offered but I haven’t been able to take one yet so I will not be able to comment on that aspect. Overall a great place. I will be back.

Marc Cardinali: They stand behind their work. I had a custom dog collar made almost 2 years ago and I experienced a small issue. I called in and explained the issue and they said to bring it in. After looking at it they did not like that the keeper was too big causing the collar to slip out. They asked for 2 hours to make the repair. They cleaned and colour matched the new parts. The collar is perfect and the issue was corrected. The charge was $0.00 because, "it shouldn't have happened". I wish more companies I have dealt with had pride in their work just like Tundra Leather.

Kenneth Loyst: My son asked me for Cowboy boots. I told him I bought 2 pairs at Leathers when I was a kid. Had no idea they were still in town. Drove in 45 minutes and there it was. My son found boots, a hat, belt, better belt buckle, mink oil, my wife found custom boots and I was able to get a pair on order. Fun afternoon$$$$

John Newbigging: We visited Leathers in Hamilton this afternoon and we are so glad that we did. We went there looking for a leather belt and an Australian leather hat made by a company called Barmah. Not an easy item to find. We were greeted by Steve and were very happy with his assistance, expertise and guidance. We ended up walking out with two pairs of Boulet Boots. Made in Canada which was a pleasant bonus. We are wearing the boots right now and can happily report that neither of us have EVER worn a brand new, out of the box, pair of leather boots without some initial break-in discomfort. These boots are slippers. We are looking forward to feeling how great our boots feel after they’ve actually been broken in. Natasha weese: My husband took me to Leathers today as a surprise, as I always wanted cowboy boots. However I’ve had hesitations because I have big ankles and wide calfs. Within minutes Steve had me sized up and found a suitable style boot for myself. We were in and out in under 20 minutes and absolutely in love!! Everything was great. I was very happy. There is a massive selection of suits, casual and dress shirts, slacks pants, ties etc. Some real beautiful items in here. Very classy. Price points to accommodate most needs. Dolores collins: My husband bought me my first pair of Doc Martens and Vans for my 65 birthday in 2020 to cheer me up due to the pandemic. Both are the most comfortable I have ever worn. I will be going back this fall for a new pair of Van's, but my Doc's have broken in they feel like slippers. My husband calls me his little grandma in her Doc.

Christine went above and beyond in helping me out.I tried many shoes in different sizes, Christine was busy, but she attended other customers at the same time...I was very impressed how she did that...I wasn't able to get the safety shoes I wanted in my size, but Christine looked it up to see in your other location...She was able to order me my size and it came in the time frame she said it would...Christine was very patient, kind, polite, & helpful....Thankyou Christine for the wonderful customer service experience.

Shameeha Khan: I went to this store for the first time because I needed alterations done and my coworker sent me their story on ig. They had an event going on where a person named Kali was doing alterations, you could pay what you wanted and all the money raised goes towards a great cause. The owners were super friendly and kind. I walked around the store as I waited and they had such beautiful jewelry and purses. I couldn’t help myself and bought the most gorgeous vintage purse. Will definitely come back again. They have cool stuff and you can tell that they’re genuinely caring people
