Jeffrey Hurst: Was after hours when we arrived at Take Us For Granite, but there was someone still inside taking with another customer and when they finished with them he gladly asked us to come in and we explained or distraught with another installer. He asked where we got the stone from and told him RG STONE in mississauga, he said he knew the man and called him up right then and there ,explained everything to him and all was good. They took our info,set up a time to do the templating, and was done in under 2 weeks and installed. They are by far an excellent company to deal with and most certainly went the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied .

Jason Wallhead: Had granite kitchen counter tops installed yesterday and they are beautiful. Very happy with the service received throughout the process. Sam was very helpful in the showroom and patiently ran through the various options with us. To help us make a choice he showed us various slabs in the warehouse which allowed us to better visualise the finished product. The measuring for the counters was done quickly and efficiently and they were installed a few days later. I think it took them longer to drive out to our house than it did to install the counters. The price was fabulous at less than half what was was quoted from the local big box stores. We definitely recommend their services.Update - A couple of years later and the countertops still look as good as the day they were installed. Very happy with the purchase

I am a high risk individual for Covid19 and was scared to have people in ny home to get my granite installed. Not only were they patient with storing my granite for months but when they finally came to install the staff wore masks the whole time and didn't complain once. The installers paid attention to detail and caulked everything and sealed up the edges. If there was any issues, they were proactive to contact me and give me options. The absolute best experience I have ever had with a business during my renovations. I highly recommend Take us for Granite.

Terry & Mary: We recently had a fireplace hearth, server and bar areas covered with Grey Fantasy granite. Elaine worked with us to map out the cuts of granite to show as much of the unique granite grain as possible. This included cuts from a complete slab and off cuts from remaining granite pieces in their yard. By using the off cuts this saved us some money and gave us flexibility to take advantage of some unique looking granite pieces.The installers were professional and completed the work without any major issues. There were some challenges during the installation as the granite pieces were large, heavy and tight fitting. At the end of the day we are very pleased with the look and finish of the granite surfaces.

Annette Linton: We recently had quartz counter tops installed. Love them!!!! Was able to send them a sketch and got pricing. They were right in the middle. Came to their showroom and was able to pick something in stock and installation was done within 7 days. Was quick, great technicians. We also bought a sink and we should have gone with the faucet as well. They were much cheaper then the big box stores.
Little Creative: We recently had our quartz counter tops installed by Stone on the go. We had called around several places and often found it difficult to just get a price over the phone per square foot. What I liked about Stone on the go is that they had a low, med, high price ranges nicely displayed on their website which made it more easier to get an idea of product and price range virtually. Once we decided on the product, we sent in a sketch and received a very reasonable quote. Two days later someone came out to measure and within 1 week flat the countertops were installed. They look great!!! Thanks again Heather and your team.

The difference between Rockstella and other local suppliers is Natallia's service. It is night and day compared to other local businesses for someone like me, who is not working with a contractor. Also, Rockstella guarantees their fabrication and installation with a 10 year warranty. She is a true professional and I can't wait for my counterop to be installed and to provide an update on my overall experience.

Natallia was great to work with- she replied quickly to all of my inquiries and went out of her way to find an identical marble slab when ours was broken at a supplier's warehouse in Missassauga. She then organized for the slab to be brought to the warehouse in Stoney Creek so I could come take a look at it. Robbie: We had our installed several years ago when they still had a location in Mississauga. But they did very solid and honest work. Even after many years our countertops are still looking great. They even worked with us to install our countertops in one piece rather than multiple pieces which would mean it would have seams. It was harder for them to maneuver and install in one piece but it was well worth it, it looks very good being all one piece.

Craig McDonald: We stopped into Custom Granite when we were visiting a neighbouring stone supplier that we thought had what we wanted. Super happy we did. Custom Granite had an extensive selection with the absolute perfect slabs for our kitchen reno. My wife and I were originally planning on doing a quartzite island and quartz around the perimeter, but after falling in love with an piece of quartzite that you'd never believe existed in nature, we had to re-route and use it everywhere.Jen was super helpful along the way, Remo did a great job templating, and the install was so quick when I went down to check in on them, they were cleaning up their tools.With an extensive reno that we're self-managing, we've worked with many vendors - suppliers and trades, Custom Granite was one of the best experiences from start to finish. They did what they said they were going to do, at a competitive price, and on the timeline promised.If you're looking for stone countertops, Custom Granite should be on your list of places to look.
James Stone: What an absolute pleasure to work with Custom Granite. From the minute we walked into their showroom they were interested in understanding our project and finding out what was important to us. They told us which products were best suited for our project and then we picked from literally thousands of slabs. When they came to measure our project they made suggestions and were very patient in answering all our questions. On the day of installation they were on time and we had the best crew going. They were happy and made you feel appreciated—those guys clearly love their job. Then there is Manny. She does the coordination and scheduling and she cares more about your time then what is easiest for them. If you have any questions call or email her and you get an answer immediately I have no idea how she keeps all that info in her head. We absolutely love the work they did and if you are in the market for some great countertops and incredible customer service call them.

Rick Ullett: We had a specific design in mind for our countertops, and our communications were via phone/email as we were out of state during the template measurement and installation. Granite Plus worked closely with us to get the material we wanted and installed it per our design. Everyone was courteous and responsive throughout the process. We haven't seen the final install in person yet -looks great in pics - , but we would highly recommend using Granite Plus based on our experience.

This year, we returned to pick out counter tops for our kitchen renovation. It didn't take long. A walk to the back of the warehouse with rows of granite and quartz and we picked black mist. Placed an order and after the cabinets were installed, Jerry came to take the measurements. Within a couple of weeks, the counter tops were installed - TODAY!
