Kandise Hayes: My daughter is 11 and sees stuff on tic tok about this store. I thought the staff would kind of roll their eyes, but they took her seriously and answered all her questions. I was super impressed with how kind and patient they were.

Selena Coles: I love this place. They selection is amazing. But the staff makes it. They are knowledgeable, helpful, and so kind and understanding. I don't use a lot of makeup or have a lot of knowledge. I've never felt judged. Like I have at other makeup boutiques. They are the place to go if you're a pro or a complete novice like me.

Laura Friesen: and my 1.5 year old had been having a tantrum in the mall prior to us entering Lush and I was frazzled, sweating, and stressed. I own my own business and had been juggling a huge project + 3 kids and every spare minute had been spent on this work project and I hadn't been washing my face properly or taking proper care of myself, I was in survival mode and realized I needed some self-care so I went into Lush looking like a frazzled hot mess mom with 3 kids in tow, blurted out to your lovely employee why I was there and that I had been letting myself go, big time, and tonight after the kids went to bed, I intended to do a facial and have some me-time. She couldn't have been nicer, suggested products to me that she thought were a good fit with my skin/hair

Nicholas H: Definitely my favourite Lush location not just because it is near me, but because the shop employees are so friendly and kind. They always know how to help you find just the right item you are looking for for yourself or someone else. Don't be afraid to use their knowledge.

My Mother and Father before me were Lushies and I have so much nostalgia and lovely memories wrapped up in the scent of LUSH… walking down cobblestoned alley ways in England with the smell of LUSH wafting through.I particularly love the store at Limeridge Mall because of the wonderful staff. They always take the time to show me new products and share samples of things I’m interested in!
Vanessa Dacosta: The staff here are amazing but I wanted to specifically shout out Blake who honestly made my day today. I brought my child in with me because we were trying to escape the heat and grab stuff to relax at home and they were SO helpful, and made us feel so comfortable. Isabel Imperial: Lovely people working on the store, came in to get bath bombs for my niece and the person explained to me that all of the ingredients they use are safe for kids. Also I am very sensitive for strong smells but the store smells nice but not too strong like other soap stores

Emily Reeves: Always get my hair dye here, this time I wanted to add subtle highlights and go lighter, Employees we’re so incredibly helpful and thanks to the only girls guidance my hair turned out exactly how I wanted ! Really impressed with her knowledge!
Marcelle Slote: Charlie in particular on the team at this location is soooo great!! They helped me out with picking a good brand of semi-permanent hair dye. I ended up going with their suggestions- a BRIGHT bright bright pink from Manic Panic since Arctic Fox's pink kinda crapped out on me last time, and a forest green from Arctic Fox because, hey, second chances are cool! I'm naturally golden blonde and the pink from Manic Panic worked like a charm without any bleaching!Charlie is very pleasant to interact with and they know their stuff. Could not recommend going to see Charlie at this location more. 💗♾️ Thank you!

With Rachel’s help I found a natural colour remover and we decided sunset fade, orange helped cancel out my bothersome blues! I’m loving it. Thank you soo much! Decided an online thank you this time. Definitely seek Rachel if you need advice or ideas.

Daniele F: Now that the Sally Beauty closed on Centennial in Stoney Creek, I had to go to the one on Barton street in Hamilton. Rachel was very helpful and knowledgeable, unfortunately the selection wasn’t very good. But overall I am super happy that there is a Sally Beauty not too far from my house.
L. Olson: Always friendly staff, without being pushy at all. They usually have exactly what I need - and always more that I didn't know I needed until I saw it on the shelf.
Vanessa Rottaris: I am novice at bleaching and toning my hair. The ladies at this location helped me not destroy my hair and get it to the colour I wanted. They are super sweet and comfortable to talk to, especially if you aren't sure what you are doing.
