Selena Coles: I love this place. They selection is amazing. But the staff makes it. They are knowledgeable, helpful, and so kind and understanding. I don't use a lot of makeup or have a lot of knowledge. I've never felt judged. Like I have at other makeup boutiques. They are the place to go if you're a pro or a complete novice like me.

Marlene Adams: Agnes at this location was awesome. She answered all my questions and was able to find the products best suited to me. Fantastic customer service even though she was on her own. Would highly recommend her.
Janis Criger: I buy from the Body Shop regularly. I find their facial moisturizers and cleansers effective. Despite recent price rises the prices are still quite reasonable. I don't like the body butter any more because they changed the formula. It's now too stiff. It doesn't sink in. The body yogurt doesn't moisturize enough, although it sinks in better.

I ended up going with their suggestions- a BRIGHT bright bright pink from Manic Panic since Arctic Fox's pink kinda crapped out on me last time, and a forest green from Arctic Fox because, hey, second chances are cool! I'm naturally golden blonde and the pink from Manic Panic worked like a charm without any bleaching!Charlie is very pleasant to interact with and they know their stuff.
