    Cameron Roopnarine: - I have been living here since September 2022, and everything has been good so far.- Construction is still undergoing for a few places in the building.- I don't own a car, so I can't speak for the reviewer that mentioned that homeless people sleep in the garage, but I haven't seen anyone sleeping in the lobby.- Packages are delivered to the Snaile Lockers, provided that they fit in the locker.It's quite unfortunate that people give this place a 1 star, it's an excellent place.     Dawn Andrewsloucks: This is a very nice condo. The entry and lobby is beautiful, love the chandelier. Very slow construction process. No gym equipment as yet, no roof top patio as yet. Elevators are in horrible condition and a lawsuit waiting to happen sadly. Overall the units are small and convenient more for single professionals. Close to Go station and Highway access. Great walking score to everywhere you need to be. Cant wait for completion.

    frencs5: Great building in a perfect location. Huge from and back lawns are like a private park for summer chilling. Staff are usually pretty helpful. It is a an older building with comes with some quirks but the high ceilings and floors plans with double size of new builds make the occasional broken tile well worth the trade off. There were admittedly some painful disruptions with the parking garage restoration over the past few years but that seems to be done now.

    New Swan Ventures: Very fond of my condo here, the concierge are very helpful, and they there all day and all night. I don't know why other people are complaining, perhaps because my unit is high up it's very quiet, great view, really fast elevators, very clean building.

    Mike Da Silva: Went here to do a delivery. Only made it into the main foyer but the inside looked very nice. I personally had a hard time finding the entrance. There is a dentists office located on the ground floor with the same address. A female employee rudely spoke to me and sent me to the main doors. But the person in the main lobby was very nice and friendly.

    Kyle Lethbridge: Great building, that is well maintained. Currently going through a few renovations, with promise of making things even better.

    Heidi WANG: Nice building in perfect location. One hour by train just downstairs we can commute to Toronto to work. Some units facing the train station are noisy especially lower floors. Some units on the other side are fine, the higher the more quiet.
