It's 5:52 pm and I'm here out of town in a van full of kids that needs food. I stopped here on main Street Tim Hortons and I come in to see a store that's empty, with lack of inventory and an attendant (Vishal/Akshay -sorry I forgot your name) greeting me with a smile when I know he's stressed about how he'll fulfill my order knowing no one is cooking more food and more customers are coming in. I'm sorry you are stuck at this place and you're not given enough support to do your job well. I think ppl like you need to be recognized and appreciated by your employer. A note to the owner of this business.. I'm not sure why you decided to staff one person in a tim Hortons today. Maybe you need to know that at minimum you need a cook, and an attendant. If you have any sales today, thank your staff. They kept us from leaving when we saw your store empty Btw your store was still clean somehow..

This team is amazing. Went to this location for a last minute work lunch, and I had ordered over 20 wraps. The whole team was very helpful and worked hard to ensure i was able to get my order as fast as possible. I did not give any notice of this order, and made a very large order last minute. Rather than turning me away and saying they could not fill the order, they collaborated with me on what they could accomplish with the resources they had. It worked out very well, and I got my full order within 20 minutes. I am extremely appreciative of the effort this team put in to fill my order, so much so that I have made note to leave this review, even though it is 2 months late!! The kindness I experienced from these employees has stuck with me and led me to remember to leave this review. I would ALWAYS recommend this location.

Ordered a single item for takeout online from app for order to be picked up in 10 minutes. When I arrived at that time they didn't have the order ready at the specified time or it would have been five stars. They were not busy and only one vehicle in the drive through. But they had the order ready after an additional 5 minutes.
