Every staff member has been friendly and the large majority have been knowledgeable. The prices are also competitive and they have a price-beating policy in the event they aren't the cheapest. I wasn't sure what the problem was at first as im not that handy with gaming computers. so i explained what hapoend to the tech gentleman and he was very honest and looked at my computer completely free and figured out it was a faulty ssd drive. I was prepared to buy a new computer but he was a very honest guy. He also showed me how to install it myself which i did when i got home. This saved me thousands of dollars and hours of headaches. I wish i got his name to add in the review. But he is a fairly tall guy that works on the left side when you first enter. Thanks alot cc!
