chris hume: Great place to be. As I am on the search for some older comics I was happy to find part of what I was looking for here. The only issue being that the store is cluttered and it's hard for anyone to find anything. That being said, you wouldn't imagine the prestine shape the books are in. It might look disorganized but they take care of their product. It is completely worth the visit if you are ever in the Hamilton area.

I have been periodically going to Burdin's for over near two decades from acquiring toys, posters and graphic novels. Gary the owner is the most down to earth comic collector purveyor you will have the honor of meeting!! He is friendly, knowledgeable and customer first kind of guy. Aside from his weekly exclusive deals, you can also win cool nifty collectible prizes in his raffle draws. Highly recommended and a treasure in Hamilton !!!

I brought my kids here after the swim and they loved the sandwich. This is a great place if one is looking to have a good time and good food. Will try their coffee next time. Jim Beer: I used to stay at an AirBnB just above this little cafe...Every morning I awoke to the smell of fresh roast coffee and baked goods. Ahhh it was dreamy. I grabbed a large fresh roast coffee every dawn on my way to work. Super friendly staff, great scones and squares and the coffee alone is worth a visit. Sitting in was always very comfortable and cozy. Take a date or yourself. Five stars!Kid-friendliness: I think they have blank paper and crayons for kids to draw with. I saw several kids on my visits there. It's very friendly overall.

The pasta and meatballs were very good. The waitress was very pleasant and helpful. I can't wait to go back, especially in the summer where there are back & front patios.

Staff was kind and service was good. I appreciated the dining area and washroom were very clean. Staff seems to have good relationships with regular patrons, which gave me the impression this is a valued community establishment.

Martinez Ashley: We stumbled on Munchies Coffee House & Barkery kind of by accident. We were passing through Hamilton and looking for a good breakfast spot. We found their menu online and the waffles and coffee drinks looked good so we went there. I am sooo glad we did. We were pleasantly surprised to discover dogs in the dining room! We had misread barkery as bakery. The service was great and it was a treat to dine with so many friendly dogs. The food, music, and ambiance was wonderful. I wish we lived closer because we would go there often. I cannot rate it highly enough. Such great food, people, and pups!

Heather Beveridge: Absolutely in love with this place. First time there today with my pup, and both he and I had such a great experience. He got to play and make friends, I got to eat a delicious breakfast and catch up with friends. The staff were friendly and great with the dogs. There were up to 6 dogs there while we were, and it was so much fun.I live in Pickering but come through Hamilton, often having grown up there. I will 100% be returning the next time I am in town. I love taking my dog places with .e but he is usually on leash, and takes up much of the experience as I have to ensure he is in full control the whole time. Here, I was able to eat, relax, and keep an eye on him, but he was also watched by other patrons and the staff if my attention wasn't on him.There is a separate area for the food prep where dogs are not permitted to comply with Heath and Safety regulations. It's such a unique setup and experience.

Paige Wallace: mulberry coffee is by far the best coffee shop in this city. located in core downtown, it is a centrepiece for this mosaic of a city we call hamilton. when you enter you are greeted by the warm and welcoming scent of fresh espresso, and baked goods. following this earth shattering aroma you look around and see local art, warm colours, and light shining through the decadent windows. the atmosphere immediately fills you with joy. next up, you may wait in line… or you may not!!! the service is not only incredible but also efficient here at mulberry coffeehouse. on top of that, somehow they manage to hire the coolest people in hamilton to work here, everyone is cool and everyone is literally so nice it warms my soul. there is an extensive menu filled with coffee, matcha, teas, baked goods, vegan and gluten free food, basically everything you could ever want. the prices are reasonable and honestly it should be more expensive for the experience you receive at mulberry. it takes practically 2 minutes to receive your drinks and baked goods, and you are welcome to sit and wait at the numerous seating arrangements mulberry offers while you wait for any other food orders. my personal favourite is the window seat facing towards james street, great option if you enjoy people watching. you will never be let down by anything you buy at mulberry, seriously. every single menu item is good. great even. and when you finish your time at mulberry, you find yourself filled with happiness and ready to take on whatever your day holds, and if you have the time i greatly recommend that you walk around james street and take in the art and many other great stores surrounding mulberry.additionally, i recently went to mulberry midnights - loved it. vibes were amazing. keep it up mulberry - you’re absolutely awesome.personal menu favourites: vegan caesar, iced matcha latte - with almond milk, banana bread with espresso icing, avocado toast, lemon loaf, iced peach green tea - half sweet, and their cold brew is buss.i move away from hamilton in 10 days, and i must say one of the things i will miss most is this cafe. thx for being my spot mulberry.
