As I gave Abbas my pants he began removing the thread from the previous adjustment and he told me to come back in 15 minutes. I thought he’d need that time to remove the thread so he could remeasure my preferred length. I came back and Abbas handed me my pants and asked me to try them on in the change area. The length was perfect - considering a belt this time. He recommended I bring a belt next time should I plan on wearing it with what I bring in for adjustments and didn’t charge me either. I insisted on paying but he said he didn’t consider that I’d wear a belt with my pants and that he found joy in a satisfied customer. What a gentlemen! Staff was very nice and welcoming. I did not feel uncomfortable even though it was my first time at a tailor. Overall a great place with reasonable pricing to get your clothes adjusted. Not only were the staff extremely kind and professional, Sam prioritized my sons coat and fixed it on the spot. It was ready in 45 minutes. Leah Whattam: I had called Catherine for a last minute steaming for my wedding dress. She was fully booked but squeezed me in. When I arrived she was honest enough to tell me that my dress didn’t need a steaming. She has integrity and does honest work without trying to just make quick money. While I was there she helped me navigate my rather complicated bustle, giving me a bit of her time that I know she didn’t have as she is very busy. I really was impressed by how sweet and honest she is. Although I didn’t use her services of alterations, I highly recommend her.

She is so welcoming and friendly and we found a pair of vintage Levis jeans for me from her inventory. From there, she made alterations to the jeans and when i went to pick them up, they fit like a glove. Then watch the magic happen as she tucks and pins to show you just what those jeans could be. Wait eagerly for a couple of weeks and then come back to try on your custom fit jeans. Marvel at them. Wear them everywhere. You'll never go back to stretch denim, I promise.
