Unfortunately we purchased a lesser mattress from another Sleep Country store during the Black Friday sale. And although he wasn't able to get commission he still upgraded us to the perfect mattress. Robert Jones: . After we went through everything I decided that I would like to purchase the Tempurpedic Proadapt Orange mattress. Ms A reserved for me the mattress I selected and I promised to return the following day to finalize the purchase, after discussing the purchase with my wife.The following day I returned to the store to finalize the purchase but unfortunately Ms A was not on duty that afternoon as she was scheduled for the evening shift that day. However, I spoke with Sean, her colleague, who also appeared to be very knowledgeable about the Tempurpedic line of mattresses. While finalizing the sale Sean mentioned that he thought that after a while I would find the Orange Tempurpedic Proadapt to be too firm, leading to discomfort. He noted that he had a Tempurpedic Proadapt Teale, which is less firm, which he loved, and thought that I might want to consider purchasing the Teale instead of the Orange. He pointed out that since I would have the 100 night comfort guarantee there really wouldn't be any risk if I wish to try out the Teale. Since he made a good case for me to try the Teale, I accepted his suggestion and went with the Teale. By the way the lower price of the Teale did not appear to be reflected on my Sales Order. A little over a week later my mattress was delivered. To that point I was very happy with the service that I received from Ms. A, Sean and the delivery men. Sean also pointed out that it would probably take a month or more for us to get used to the new mattress and enjoy all of the benefits.Regrettably having slept on the mattress for more than a month, we found that it was too soft for us; so we decided that since we were still well within the 100 night test period, we would like to switch to the Tempurpedic Proadapt Orange mattress. It was dropped off one morning & they decided that it was better to just make a brand new one there on the spot. I slept on a brand new mattress that night and only paid a repair fee. I was quite happy with how nice the new mattress is and also how quick they were to fix the situation.

Quality is much better than structure or ikea & you can style any materials and colours based on your particular layout. I was expecting some estimate costing me an arm and a half given the fact everything was custom made to my liking I was shocked to see the final quotation & I ended up saving hundreds of dollars buying from this place and getting it exactly to my taste.I was quite fussy about the colours + materials if i do say so myself however Moe took great care and attention to detail and made sure everything was to my satisfaction. From custom ordering to delivery took approx 3 weeks. If you’re in a rush they offer many selections on their floor if you’ve got time to spare they have a huge selection of samples for custom made pieces to your imagination. Bill Butler: We bought a new home and were starting from 0 with regards to furniture. Ive lived in Hamilton my entire life but I had never been to parks. Its an old building and I made some assumptions on the business based on the look of the building. We decided to visit parks since their prices cant be beat and most furniture stores said they wouldn’t price match Parks which I understand why. We found out that the older building is no negative reflection of the staff or items being sold inside.We visited a few times and it’s a bit overwhelming since its so large. We ended up coming back 3 times and were actually considering buying from a different store until Matt approached us to provide assistance. After 5 minutes talking to Matt we knew we would buy from Parks and specifically from Matt. He was so knowledgeable and spent a lot of time with us going over options and explaining all the custom possibilities when looking at the manufacturers website. We struggled for 3 months to make decisions and Matt replied to every email and met with us many times and never became impatient with our ability to decide. In all my furniture shopping over the last 6 months and at a dozen stores, Matt is the best sales agent that Ive come across.We ended up buying a sofa, a sleeper sofa, a kitchenette and a dining room set. The glass in the hutch arrived at the warehouse broken. Matt was quick to let us know and assure us that it would be fixed. While they wait to get replacement glass, the rest of the furniture was delivered and it looks exceptional. The delivery men whos names I don’t know were excellent. They were friendly and polite and completely cleaned everything up before leaving. They even took some time to explain the mechanism for removing and storing the leaf in the dining room table. This delivery team definitely need to be recognized for their excellent service.We have a lot more furniture to buy with an entire basement and bedroom to furnish over the next few months so we will definitely be going back to parks.

Usually, I would say NO, and just browse. But, I said actually Iam looking for a bed.
