We are a small family run farm that offers farm fresh products throughout the year. Owned and operated by Michelle Seaborn and Rick Stopps, we welcome you to the farm to pick up farm fresh eggs, artisanal chicken and in the fall to pick your own apples or enjoy some apple cider.
During the year we offer brown eggs from our free run chickens. Chickens are fed a natural diet free of growth promotants, hormones, antibiotics or animal by-products. Eggs are available in dozens or flats of 30 eggs. Our artisanal chickens are raised with the same natural diet in large airy pens that allow lots of room to move, eat, drink, socialize and dust bathe. Chickens are processed in provincially licensed abattoirs and air chilled. You can taste the difference of an air chilled chicken; the meat has a different texture and it does not shrink like chicken that has been cooled in a water bath. Chicken is available as whole birds or cut into skinless, boneless breasts, wings, legs or thighs and vacuum sealed to preserve quality and freshness.

Auranne P.: Lovely apple orchard in Niagara! Visited on Thanksgiving weekend. Lots of wonderful apples to choose from. Hands on apple picking from the trees. Lots of different varieties. The apples are low enough to get pick them off the tree. The owner was kind enough to show me around the orchard to assist me in finding Red Delicious apples. Got a big bag with lots of different apples.

- Sway -: 10/10 experience. The apples were very tasty and reasonably priced - I got 2 sizeable bags for $20 and a bottle of cider for $5. The staff was very welcoming and helpful as well. Will be visiting again soon for sure. My gf loved how peaceful and relaxing it was too! She asked if we could bring our hammock next time. Lol

Rosario Torres: We came on the last weekend of September. Lots of apples! Just a small farm but well kept. Staff will explain what apples to pick and what they’re good for. They lead you to the place to pick apples. They even give out a small bag for kids. 10 lbs bag at $10and the other at $20They also sell eggs at $6 a dozen, plums, pears and apple cider. You get to have a free taste of their cider too.Park at the side street.They also have a Portable potty.We got to see horses from afar and their dogs too.

It was such an eye opening experience. Animals were so so beautiful and very calm. I would definitely recommend to anyone.. so peaceful Just brilliant! The best experience, do not hesitate.

Salma Bakr: Such a lovely farm and friendly owners. Our family enjoyed visiting Simpler Thyme as part of the Fall Farm Crawl this year. We had fun strolling around the farm, learning about its crops and animals, digging out potatoes, eating home-made pancakes, and playing in the small wooden playground. The owners generously offered to host us and other local families at their farm for free to simply just enjoy their beautiful green landscapes and their swimming pool. What a nice gesture!

Beyond the delicious produce, Anne will take her time to show you around, teach you about the plants and produce available and share precious history and stories about how the farm came to be! Aside from walking along the organic plant beds, there is a lovely forest trail that you can walk through on the property. We picked up large bunches of organic asparagus, broccoli and then a tomato plant. I’m excited to return to purchase some beautiful flowers.. what a treat! Enjoyed our little outing here and will definitely be back.
