The installers, Ramsey and Kemal arrived early, were courteous, professional and worked tirelessly to install the carpet in our home. I don't think they even took a lunch break! They replaced old carpet and installed beautiful fresh new carpet for our upstairs. The difference is incredible. Ramsey and Kemal were machines and worked over 10 hours to get the job completed. Ramsey also identified some issues with the concrete flooring underneath and had fixed it appropriately to ensure that the carpet would be optimal for the installation.I would highly recommend Victorious Carpet and Flooring!
Sophia Tantses: The whole process was quick and easy and well explained by Mark once I explained my situation in a rental unit where carpet stretching was required. On the move out date of my tenants I unexpectedly also found out there was a small burn mark in one of the bedrooms that needed fixing asap. The next day Technician Jason arrived promptly and he took care of a 3 year buckle in the carpet that desperately needed stretching. From that stretch he was able to produce enough carpet to very quickly fix the burn mark and no need to cut from elsewhere- the repair was seamless and you would never know there was a burn to begin with. Jason is fantastic! As Jason wrapped up the job, Mark followed up again on my satisfaction. I am very happy indeed and highly recommend Victorious. Thank you both! Photos will follow...

He came to our house and did all the measurements and brought samples and made recommendations. He didn't try to upsell us on more expensive carpet that was outside our budget. HIs installers were excellent, very professional and did top notch work. We were so pleased, 6 months later we just had them back to replace the carpet in 2 bedrooms, a hallway and stairs. Once again, another fantastic job done. Mark returned and to ensure things were the same from when he provided a quote for this job, months earlier. His install team did another fantastic job, led by Jason. They were very professional, efficient, courteous. Jason noticed a edge threshold that would have resulted in the carpet not being flush with transition piece so he asked my permission to remove it. His recommendation was spot on, the carpet transitioned flush to the tile in the adjacent room.I can't say enough about Victorious Carpet and Flooring. Fantastic work at competitive prices. Marlee Smith: Cannot say enough good things about Kosco flooring, Ogi, Dani and the team. We purchased vinyl flooring from them earlier this year and couldn't install it till recently. When we started install we were having some issues with the flooring itself and contacted them. Ogi went above and beyond to try and assist with this. Eventually we were able to return the flooring and purchased engineered hardwood instead. We just received the new flooring, and are soooo happy with it! Will update with pictures hopefully in a few weeks. Through out the whole process Ogi was so helpful and did everything possible to try and make our lives easier and speed up the process as I am having a baby in less then 4 weeks. Will definitly be contacting them again when we install a carpet runner on our stairs. Would recommend them 100%. Knowledgable, friendly and super patient with all of our questions. Maria Boric: We are very happy with Ferreira Flooring owned and operated by Alex Ferreira.We initially purchased our hardwood floors from a place not recommended by Alex. Instead we purchased hardwood that was on sale, sadly you know where this is going, if the deal is too good to be true, it's not a deal, lesson learned. On install day, we received a call from Alex, letting us know the hardwood was "garbage" It dried out and split every time he put a nail in and in good conscience, he said he could not install them as they would create problems for us down the road. Not only did he let us know, he helped us return the floors, all 750 square feet. The company was reluctant to give us a refund, but Alex spoke up and helped us retrieve a full refund, for this alone, we are grateful to Alex, above and beyond!. Of course, the job was now delayed and Christmas was around the corner. The search for new hardwood floors started all over again, I began to panic, Alex was very professional and told us not to worry, and that he would fit us in no matter what and he held true to his promise. Once the new floors arrived and climatized, he was ready to start the next day. True professionalism! While they worked here, they were polite, efficient, respectful and hardworking. What could have been a nightmare, turned into a smooth and timely transition to beautiful hardwood floors on the entire first floor and completed in a timely manner. Margaret Cunningham: Alex and Kai spent four days in our 80 year old home this January laying down hardwood floor on our 2nd floor. The job entailed tearing up carpet in the master and hallways, and laying down the hardwood over existing mismatched wood in the other two bedrooms as well as where the carpet was. We spoke of a couple of options on how to handle the transitions between rooms with multiple original floorings to be covered. In the end the choices made with the help of Alex resulted in seamless transitions between rooms and a beautiful new floor throughout the 2nd floor. Colin: I had recently finished my basement and had spare carpet left over which I turned into two rugs at Droven. The price was very reasonable considering I would have probably had to pay $400+ retail for the same rugs… which I got finished at Droven a fraction of the price. I highly recommend this business if you have any left over carpet that you would like to repurpose into a rug instead of throwing it in the garbage. I’m very happy somebody recommended Droven to me.
