Doug: We brought our 2021 Elantra in for an oil change back in January and a couple of days later I was contacted by Zach a sales representative. We ended up trading in our Elantra for a 2023 Elantra. He was very professional and friendly. He kept me updated on the expected delivery date and answered any questions promptly. He explained the infotainment to my wife the day we picked up the car and set up her Bluelink account. I would go back to Grimsby Hyundai and deal with Zach again.

Was a great surprise to see that they also vacuumed out my vehicle 🙃 I was dissatisfied with the price , I paid almost a $1000.00 to have a trailer hitch and 4 pin wiring harness put on when I bought the Santa Cruz a couple of months ago , it was the wrong harness for what we needed , therefore it needed to be replaced 😢 For the new harness and a vacuum less than a hour in and it was over $400.00 and we never did get the 4 pin back 😢

Not only that, Terry asked about my engine light which I did not want to address at the time due to budget but later found out I was able to get it replaced under warranty. Long story short, not only did I get my brakes done, but was placed in a rental while the team replaced my engine and it only took a week. Great job team and amazing customer experience Terry.

I came here from out of town, because unfortunately my local Dealership in St Catharine's has given me the runaround.I made the appointment here, was expecting to pay $180 just to diagnose an issue, and Pat was good enough to clear everything up, and send me on my way with no costs involved.I bought two cars from the guys in St Catharine's, and they've been combative and completely unhelpful. I come here, and I'm treated as though I purchased my cars here.All my Mazda service for both cars will be performed here going forward.
