Heather Harrison: We stopped in for the first time this evening to print a quick photo and were blown away by the amazing customer service, and quality of their instant prints. For the last couple of years I have been sending my photos to a print/mail service because I had become fed up with frustrating kiosks and terrible quality instant prints, but that is far from the case here. Printing my photo was incredibly simple, quick and there were zero issues with quality. Even more impressive though are the fantastic friendly and helpful people that work here. Without question this will be our go to stop for all photo printing from now on.

Nasir M: Since it's become a habit order online, It was after while that I had to visit an electronic store for a quick shopping. Wanted to buy a gaming laptop for my kid. We found what we were looking for in less than 15 minutes but took 30 minutes to wait for a in-store representative to pull the the item out for us. Store wasn't busy there were barely some shopper at that time. Still waiting that long was kinda annoying.
Hamilton Guy: Today I went to this Best Buy location to drop off some old electronic equipment. I was greeted at the door by Will; he was very friendly and had a genuine desire to help. I had quite a bit of equipment to bring in, so he came out to my car and helped me to bring it all in! I was very impressed with the service, especially considering that I wasn't buying anything. This is why I regularly shop at this Best Buy. My only advice; hire more people like Will!

Jeff Bundy: Older iPhone SE wasnt charging properly from what appeared to me to be poor contact point between charger end and phone. Heard Mobile Klinik ads on radio, googled it and took phone in to Main St location. Quickly described the problem, they took the phone into the back and less than 10 minutes later it comes back and is easily charging now. I asked to pay, they said no charge. Many thanks for great fix and service MK. Have told my friends.

She took the time to explain what she thought the problem was and also gave my wife advice about her cell phone which she was having problems with. All for no charge. Farwa is not only professional, but she is a very personable and friendly person. We were very impressed with her service.
