Same day screen repair on one iPhone, a battery replacement on another and the third phone was declared dead motherboard, but they really went the extra mile to try two different batteries (because I thought that was the problem), then they even tried a different power adapter. Rare to see such great service. I will be using them again for sure!

FW also does cellphone repair and sales.my review will pertain to picking up a fedex-shipped package that i ordered from a retailer from bc.a gentleman named vinh was at the front desk. vinh is also the owner of FW. he was warm and welcoming. i advised him that i had a package to pick up.id and tracking number was requested, which was fine given it's for security reasons. these days, anyone could come and try to pickup your package and if it's given to the wrong person, it could be a major inconvenience.vinh backchecked for the package 📦 and it was live on location. i was then given the package, and on my way out the door.be advised, i was told at the store, that FW's fedex operating hours are mon-sat, 11am-5pm. the store hours are a bit longer than the fedex hours.i recommend calling FW in advance when you are alerted by fedex or your retail seller, that your package is actually there, and to confirm the hours for pick-up availability. that way, you are not wasting your time, calories and gas in case the store is closed, or the package isn't there.bottom line: i would use FW as a fedex pickup/drop off location. i would recommend FW as such to others as well.

Same relaxed atmosphere and fair pricing on new and used phones, tablets and repairs.The owner is such a down to earth, friendly, fair and knowledgeable guy, whose passion shines through immediately. And I think if everyone dealt with him directly they'd have 5 stars across the board.I find it such a pleasure to support local businesses as such, who've managed to stand the test of time. And I will continue to visit brick and mortar shops to support my local economy before shopping anywhere else.Maybe I'm old school, but I like to put my hands on things and take them for a spin before purchasing. You can't do that on a website. Nor can you call them up on the phone and get a real human being on the other end to help you.
