The Pheasant Plucker: what do users think?

Adam Champ: Was not sure of the place as I walked by. I decided to chance it. Fantasic.I would recommend to all to ignore the renovations next to the pub.The staff and environment are top notch.Eva and Taylor made me feel like I was back home in London.Even left with food I wasn't intending to buy.A solid nine.

Kaitlyn T: food was solid, drinks were solid, service was good. will definitely be back

Ron J: Great pub, the oldest one on Augusta St. Pub food is great, pay a bit more but well worth it. Very cosy and warm atmosphere. Specials daily. Outdoor seating, a few big screen tv's, friendly table service, clean restrooms. Meatloaf and fish and chips feature with a full array of pub food and great draft and bottle selection and liqueur and wine

Alison: I came in tonight after work and had a beer a shot of tequila and some wings. These wings. Omg these wings are easily the best in the city. I asked for hot and I was NOT disappointed. The best. Ever. I asked who made them and it was Mike in the kitchen. Thank you Mike. Best wings ever. Hands down.

Lance Pater: Staff were very friendly, food was great and the place was clean. The Phez burger and sweet potato fries were delicious. I will definitely come here again!

Timmi Knox: There’s nothing better than winding down after a busy day at the pheasant plucker. All the servers are incredibly friendly, kind, and fun to be around! The regulars truly make this place feel like home. After a long day of construction work, there’s no place I’d rather wind down than the pheasant plucker. Thanks guys.

P: The burger was cooked perfectly, juicy and not over cooked, I added feta and bacon, fries travelled well for delivery!.I will add that they also forgot my gravy but the food is good enough that I dont care all that much.

The King George Pub: what do users think?

K: Amazing food. Arrives hot and fresh even ordering through Uber Eats. Portions and prices are pretty generous.Amazing fries!

Market Rant: . The cherry cola cocktail is always good, and there are always good beers on tap besides the usual domestic. Great for a full meal or even a pre or post date spot for a quick cocktail and snack, before a Hess adventure. I'll be back to try the wings!

Steven Ostrosser: Great brunch. Corned beef hash was delicious and the serving size was huge. I left so full. Our server was excellent. Very friendly and attentive. We'll definitely be back again.

Catherine Doyle: Just had an amazing dinner here - 12 people. The food was top notch, and the service was top notch- THANKYOU TANYA!!!

Mystic Muse: It was my first time going it was trivia night. Had a great-tasting gluten-free burger and fries. The waitress Rhonda was wonderful and a delight to talk with, she has a great sense of humor as well. Not only that she makes a great Southern Punch drink you need to try.Dietary restrictions: Great tasting Gluten-free option.

Sam Samida: Ben to this place many times over the years. We are still looking for perfect chicken wings after the closure of Buffalo Wild Wings. Wings here are large. They come in regular and breaded. The regular are way better as the breaded are dry. Nice harp beer is available here we sat outside as weather was great. Well we were loud and many gave us the look as most don’t know to have fun. Went with four flavours. Suicide is like medium in some places. The server was very polite and helpful. Will go again

The Ship: what do users think?

Ben Cullimore: Their chicken sandwich is killer ! So are the fried pickles.

Cassandra Gonzales: Pictured here are the The French Onion burger with Cajun fries and the Duck Wings with honey lime sriracha - damn delicious! The burger was hella tasty and just loaded with toppings. They didn’t skimp on the cajun seasoning on the fries at all. My only complaint would be to leave more of the meat on the duck wings, they’re so yummy. Oh, and their homemade ketchup is amazing! We sat out in the front patio, which they could definitely add a few more tables at. Service was SO kind and attentive. Definitely need to come back at try their other burgers.

Layla Ibraheem: This place has one of the best burgers in Hamilton.Whenever I go here the workers are always very nice and the service is good. I had the Yankee burger and it was SO good my only tiny problem is the fries are a bit too salty for me but other than that the food was delicious. I definitely recommend if you want a really good burger.

Chase Robertson: Southern catfish was so great! The only reason I’m giving 4/5 is because the fries were definitely over salted. I was drinking quite a bit of water just to only eat about half. Enough about that though because the flavor of the catfish was so great!Vibes were immaculate. Such a chill spot. Was looking for a good eatery after a long drive and I got exactly what I was looking for. Great spot. Wish I could give 4.75/5.

Melissa Pelley: or check on us. Another server came to bill us out

Brux House Craft Beer & Kitchen: what do users think?

E. R: Really friendly server and they gave us a free glass of champagne for my birthday! So glad we stopped by!

Susan Chan: I'm sad that Brux is closing down because the service, the food and the experience has been fantastic every time we go.

Hannah Schneider: Brux is always stellar, but it was extra special last night knowing that it might be the last time we dine there! Great service as always from Dylan and Eamonn. Food and drinks were great. The standouts were the broccoli appetizer and an exceptionally good negroni. Lots of good memories at this place, you will be missed!

drew saarinen: Neat little restaurant with great selection of local craft beers. Food was very interesting and good, but bring your wallet as its not cheap.

Ryan Caldwell: Very nice selection of beer, wine, and cocktails with great food. Nice patio in the summer and intimate indoor seating available.

Clemence Cote: take pictures around the entire restaurant, which was very appreciated.Overall, we wish we could give Brux House a rating higher than 5/5. We would not hesitate to host our future events and Brux House and can’t wait to celebrate our anniversaries there!

Sabreen Khehra: Beautiful restaurant with amazing food and service!

Amanda Stewart Reiser: This has been on my list for SO long and I’m happy we finally got to try it. It’s a great spot on Locke in an old building, candlelit ambience and comfy booths. The food was amazing - pretzels, schnitzel and chocolate torte were all delicious. Solid beer selection and cocktail list as well. A little pricey but the meal was fantastic so you truly get what you pay for.

Olivia Adam: My first time coming here for my birthday dinner and I must say, everything about this place is exceptional. If I were put on death row, I would choose their pork belly as my final meal. Our server was lovely, the food was beyond amazing, and the whole atmosphere really tied in the experience. Left my boyfriend and I speechless by the end of our night. Phenomenal.

Tyler McGillivray: Really nice patio. The staff was very friendly and service was great. Service was quick and did not have to wait long for our drinks or food. The food was fantastic. One of the best chicken schnitzels dinners I have had. My wife had the seared trout and it looked almost too perfect to eat. The drink menu was quite extensive and had a nice selection. Highly recommend to check this restaurant out.

Margaret Wilding: Dylan makes a Paper Plane that you will love!

Jay Mtd: Liked the food here. Whenever I come hamilton I stay here

Rob Stoney: Excellent server who was attentive, knowledgeable and personable. Different menu and craft beers help set it apart from the typical road bars and franchise restaurants. Highly recommend.

Fool & Flagon: what do users think?

Jim Halliday: If you’re looking for good atmosphere good food and a decent menu all at a fair price this is your lunch or dinner spot. I’ve been going here for years with my family and food is Almost always excellent there have been a couple times where we had some overcooked wings. But when something like that does happen the staff will happily take it back and get you something new. This is a rare occasion. The staff is friendly and accommodating and I’ll be going back again with my family.Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly menu items

T D: The Fool and Flagon is a great place to visit. I’ve been here a number of times with family and friends. Wednesday is their wing night which is 9 dollars a pound or 13.00 for a pound in a half. Breaded or naked arrive as large in portion. Quality is excellent and so is the service. Everyone is very friendly and helpful, genuinely nice people. The Jack Daniels burger is a winner as well. Recently tried the chicken in a bun and it’s great. Big selling point here is the price as well. Incredibly fair. I would highly recommend a visit here. Lastly they have a couple of pool tables for variety in your experience. Will make this a regular stop

Sanesh Tiwari: Loved the service and the ambience of a typical British pub serving your classic pub dishes with beers on tap.I got the fish & chips which seemed a bit over cooked and the flesh was quite flaky, making it seem like the fish itself has been kept frozen for a while. Nevertheless, the batter paired with the fresh cut chips rescued the dish very well, especially when paired with a pint of Guinness. Our server was attentive and friendly, despite the Saturday night crowd. Price wise, it’ll be on the lower level of the current market range of what you’d pay to eat/drink at most pubs these days.Nevertheless, I can say that the Fool & Flagon will be one of my list of go-to English pubs if I’m ever in the Hamilton area and I do not wish to deviate far from the QEW.

Raymond Dawe: Now have breakfast cheap get 1 egg. Home fries 4 $ hot drink or cold drink extra 🤔Parking: Shopping plazeWheelchair accessibility: Not lot difference place in place parkingDietary restrictions: Ask them put on take off

Φnyx: , the Haddock&Chips with a side of the really fresh coleslaw and fried clam strips. This will be our ONLY Fish&Chips joint to frequent at till we find one with equal or higher standards. No joke…Parking: In a plaza, parking is plentiful

Tommy Fequiere: Super clean, nice restaurant. I don't like the prices but those are standard

CHAD HOGAN LIVE: A nice place to have breakfast for a great price. Everything on those plates in my included pics came to 20 bucks with tax.I haven't tried the fish n chips yet but will do soon. So far the breakfast gets a five out of five!

Meaghan Edwards: One of my go-tos for a meal every few months or so, the specials are worth having and the halibut for lunch is very reasonable!

Jenny C: Good fresh food awesome prices and very clean food service

Patch: Went on Easter Monday, had the Haddock and loved it! Great big portion, tasty fries, only costs $27 for 2 meals and a drink.Fast, Friendly, Fresh

Angela Kratke: I love this cute little restaurantFriendly easy going placeCome as you areFast friendly serviceFair pricingMy only criticism is I wish there was more vegetarian options. It's definitely worth a visit!

Terry Walker: We have found the staff very warm and welcoming even when it gets busy: The food is excellent and consistent every time we order.Ithis all a resault of the owner who has given the beach area a place to enjoy drinks a meal and place to meetNew to the neighborhoodThanks Mike to you and your staff 👍👍👍

Tika Carpenter: Cute Pub on Lakeside Pathway. They have a Patio and indoor that seats about 50. It's small and quaint.Food was OK and service was great. The only down side was the "Sourcream Taters"... they are infact French Fries :(

John Mcdonald: Fun place, view drinks on tap but chicken club was great and karaoke started around 9 . Great atmosphere charming building, nice staff.

Line G: My husband, our neighbors and I came for dinner tonight for the 1st time since Crooksy's was born. The food was quite good and reasonably priced. The music was really nice and soft enough that we could comfortably talk to each other. As a positive feedback I would like to add that the hamburger buns are a little too small. We will definitely come back more often.Wheelchair accessibility: No

David Coutts (Santadave): Great haddock and great chips, well prepared. Great friendly service. Nice patio.Prices very good.Close emough to water trail to visit before or after a waterfront walk.Highly reccomended as nice place to spend some time.

Joby Bond: A quiet little gem that once you find it you will make it a staple. Always smiling and welcoming staff, the standard pub menu is envisioned a little different and is definitely fresher and tastier than the frozen chain stuff. What ever sports game is big that day will be in eye shot on the Big screen or 2 smaller TVs. I have no doubt you walk away smiling full and satisfied looking forward to come back!Kid-friendliness: Standard kids favourites done a little bit better…Parking: Street parking so may be a 30 sec to minute walkWheelchair accessibility: Level surfaces with a 6 inch rise to get in the main door with an open layout to get around.
