Jordan Ladds: This a great tobacconist. Extremely friendly, helpful and attentive. Nice selection of pipes, pipe tobacco, cigars, cigarillos, etc. I’m a cigar smoker and I noticed the cigars here a stored very well. Hygrometers visible in every cabinet so you know how they were kept. Not to mention the store is nice, clean and tidy. I would give 6 stars if I could. Can’t wait to go back.

In fact, I made a few trips to their store as they researched different options for me and kept me abreast as to what was available. I can appreciate that during the pandemic materials and logistics have been difficult to coordinate, but there were other stores that simply declined my request or didn't return my phone calls. Marco and the team took my request and ran with it as well as having a product for me that fit into my timeline. I cannot say enough positive things about their stellar customer service. Great shopping experience, especially for a novice like myself looking for this type of product.

Flavour was decent at the top end, however, and will be picking up another one for a second pass.Mixed blend was perfection. Beautiful burn and draw with a wonderful flavour. So enjoyable I almost took it down to my fingertips! Will absolutely be taking a spot in my humidor.Delighted to have this place as my regular.
