The Certified Chicken Boy: was good, but for the price I was left with a feeling of dissatisfaction. The appetizers however were to die for - I don't think I've had a salad that good before, and the dessert was authentic and very enjoyable. The two young ladies serving my table were very kind and it was easy to see they were putting in effort to make the table's experience an enjoyable one. The location has some neat history, too. If you're not one to care for money or food too much and want an outing for a fun family experience, look no further.

Marcia Ingleton: This is not only a stellar restaurant but is my most favorite. I recently celebrated my 61st birthday at The French and to my absolute surprise, a special 8 course menu with wine pairing plus being seated being at the Chef's Table was awesome.The food, service, ambiance and conversation with the Chef, Somoliier and Staff was entertaining and very enjoyable. I cannot stop gushing about this restaurant and would recommend that you reserve a memorable night out at The French.....you won't be disappointed.

Bal’s cocktails were delicious and our server Alexander/Caton was amazing! Very engaging and attentive. The chef did an excellent job serving all of our meals together and the food was amazing! Luis Miguel Guzmán: I don't remember the name of our server, but she was awesome, explained everything so good and was really friendly. The place is beautiful, also they have live music and the food is really good, I tried the lobster with steak and omg, it was the first time I tried lobster and it was worth it. Thank you so much to the kitchen guys and all the staff, my family and I had a really good tike with you!
Jeremy Martin: Just got home after a lovely date night at Brothers Grimm Bistro. We had never been there and wanted to find a new place tonight. We literally googled "best upscale restaurant-vibe in Hamilton", and Brothers Grimm came up. So glad we took the chance and tried it. The atmosphere in there in amazing and cosy. We were greeted by a lovely hostess, and then Alexander looked after us for the evening. Alexander is a superstar server who helped make our date-night so special, The food was fantastic - we filled up on appetizers, wine, dessert & a freshly prepared coffee. We will 100% go back and bring friends next time. Awesome restaurant that I would recommend to anyone wanting a special night out!!!

Cassandra Gonzales: Pictured here are the The French Onion burger with Cajun fries and the Duck Wings with honey lime sriracha - damn delicious! The burger was hella tasty and just loaded with toppings. They didn’t skimp on the cajun seasoning on the fries at all. My only complaint would be to leave more of the meat on the duck wings, they’re so yummy. Oh, and their homemade ketchup is amazing!We sat out in the front patio, which they could definitely add a few more tables at. Service was SO kind and attentive. Definitely need to come back at try their other burgers.

I had the Yankee burger and it was SO good my only tiny problem is the fries are a bit too salty for me but other than that the food was delicious. I definitely recommend if you want a really good burger.
Chase Robertson: Southern catfish was so great! The only reason I’m giving 4/5 is because the fries were definitely over salted. I was drinking quite a bit of water just to only eat about half. Enough about that though because the flavor of the catfish was so great!Vibes were immaculate. Such a chill spot. Was looking for a good eatery after a long drive and I got exactly what I was looking for. Great spot. Wish I could give 4.75/5.

D Smith: First visit, from out of town. Super impressed. Lineup at the deli counter let me know that this was the place to be. Line went very quickly. Schnitzel on a Kaiser seemed to be most people’s choice. Super fresh Kaiser dressed with loads of toppings. I chose sautéed onions, sauerkraut and shredded beets with honey mustard! Amazing. Thick chicken patty, moist too. It was enormous. Highly recommended. A lot of staff members on hand who volunteer to help. Can’t wait until my next visit!
Bryce Schroeder: I have eaten here many times throughout my life. Always a good experience. The most recent time I went I had the cabbage rolls and they are delicious! I had a side of Spaetzle and mixed vegetables as well. The noodles were great as well but the vegetables could have been cooked a little softer for my taste. Overall it was a large amount of food. Definitely recommend for takeout or dine in.

Jesse Seheult: When we were there we were greeted by Michael. Michael was absolutely fantastic smiling and laughing with us as we were joking around. He was patient with us not having had African food before. He was very thorough in explaining the different dishes and giving his recommendations. We ended up ordering the Shrimp, Choma, and Mbuzi, and shared between the three and each dish was beyond expectations. Everything was very delicious and we could not have asked for a better taste. I would highly recommend this to anyone who is unsure about African cuisine and is curious to try. I will DEFINITELY be coming back! 5 Stars!!!

Joe Domenico: Anytime I’m in the area, I come in for an espresso. Last I checked they use Detour beans for their coffee. Definitely one of my favourite places in the city to come in for a quick espresso. The baked goods here are also excellent. Staff is also very friendly. Definitely a place to check out whether your studying or just want a cool place to chill.
