D N.K: Dahlia, the store manager, gave us an amazing experience and we're committed to this specific Pandora location now. We came in soon before closing and Dahlia patiently went through all my picks with us, explaining the advantages of different types. Once we selected a set, we placed an order for later pickup since my size was out of stock.Unfortunately, within 6 hours of pickup, my ring was crushed by the car's seat after it fell onto the track. We came back in the next day intending to buy a replacement, but Dahlia was kind enough to exchange it free of charge.10/10 for customer service, a rare thing to find these days.

I'm telling you I felt like I was in a Disney movie because as she spoke to us she had this very unique personality about her that made you want to sing, I know weird right? Cora Johnson: Big shoutout to Lori and Jessica!!!! We came to Pandora at Mapleview mall at 8:30 and it was packed! We had an online order which was already paid for so they let us in and would help us after they finished with the rest of the customers already inside. They had their doors closed as they wanted to finish with the customers inside and be able to close on time or at least close to and customers kept coming in and were very rudely persistent to stay. I just want to say that Jessica and Lori handled this crazy time amazingly and in the more friendly and kind manner! Even though the doors were already close they still let us in and helped and it was much appreciated, even through all the craziness they still kept the kind and upbeat attitude! They did amazing! We collaborated via e-mail for several weeks.
