Ralph Hartwig: My real rating is actually 4 1/2 stars. I recently purchased, and took possession of a 40' gooseneck from Capital Trailers. Barbara was great in helping get the deal done, and the follow up add ons required to get the trailer on the road. Like anything new, there were a few minor tweaks required but it's now good to go. If, or when I need another trailer, I won't hesitate to deal with Capital again. Thank you for your great service.

Trent Montgomery: Called Flaman at 8910 yellowhead trail. I got through to them right away and booked a trailer for rent. They set me up with a pick up time that worked for me. When I arrived Chris greeted me at the counter with the friendliest of greetings, took me outside to see if the trailer that was set up for me would work. He then brought the trailer out and connected it up and ran me through the paperwork. I used the trailer and was able to bring it back on a Sunday. The fellow inside the store was friendly once again. He took all information to pass onto the rentals department. I highly recommend Flaman for rentals, and definately will be using them for a trailer in the future.

Kyle Ames: Service manager and techs seem to actually care anout their customers and their jobs, what and how they offer it. Very different experience then from Woody's rv north. Although all or any of the rv co's are expensive, hourly rates really to high. You do get a sense after dealing with Carefree that you acheive getting value for your money. Tough to acheive but well done. I'll be back if and when things are needed.

The parts manager spent a long time talking to us explaining all the things we would need because we are newbie RV'ers. If I could give them a 10 star rating, I would.I just want to add that the post-sales support is fantastic. I was trying to install a backup camera and having problems. I phoned Logan and he spent a lot of time trying to help me even though I didn't buy the camera through them. I'm sure other dealerships would have told me to contact who I got the camera from.

Ian Carriere: Quite easily the best customer service in Edmonton, without question, this alone deserves 5 stars. Their sales department is always friendly and helpful, they have never let me down. The girls at the front are knowledgeable and jubilant, an absolute delight. In addition, Ocean's equipment is also well maintained. Even the older trailers run smoothly. Not a bad word to say about my many, many experiences.

I went their to buy a marker light, they didn't have the parts but Mark went above and beyond to find me something that will fit there instead. He even help me replace it on site, YES HE CAME OUT AND GOT HIS HANDS DIRTY. I wish the other branches could follow their example.

JL C: We were on our way to the Yukon from ON when our 3 way frig started giving us trouble on a Sunday. I called the service department and left a message. They returned our call on Monday. We were so impressed that on our return trip we stopped to get a cupboard hinge fixed and realigned. Victor looked after us and the repair was done plus he fixed the laminate without us asking. They fit us in and managed to complete the work within half a day on short notice! The Service Department is very accommodating. They really helped us out! They understand the urgency of customers needs traveling from outside of AB! MacKenzie at the Service Desk was very helpful and competent. Victor also recommended further steps once we get back home.
