Shaylene Penner: We built a two tier retaining wall in our backyard and Kieth was helpful from the beginning right until the end of the project. He helped us determine how much material would be needed, ensured we knew how to do the project properly and let us return the product we didn’t need. The delivery drivers were also very friendly and careful with our tiny driveway. We spent time calling around town before and they were also easily the best priced. Thank you and we will be back!

Keith greeted us inside with a smile and heard out my landscaping dreams and took the time to understand what I really wanted to accomplish. He really took the time to answer every question and add suggestions based on his own experience. Gary Pepin: Went to Blue Grass to get some road crush, after talking with the staff in the office I learn more about other materials that would work great for my project and would be more cost effective for my wallet. I felt very welcomed from the office staff and the people in the yard. I highly recommand Blue Grass in Edmonton.
Carson: Have bought sod here several times, some grass seed too. Initially I thought I was sold the wrong grass seed but the manager Jeff reached out to explain and gave me his personal number to reach out in case of issues. Very good service.

Brett Rockabar: If I could give them 6 stars I would! I recently went to Bluegrass to get topsoil and sod after our lawn had died for the past two years. After speaking with Jeff, and showing him photos of the lawn, he advised that it was most likely a topsoil issue. Sure enough he was right and I only had about an inch or two of topsoil and then pure clay.Jeff was so helpful that it felt like I was dealing with a small town friend. He offered to discount the sod as we had previously bought sod from there before. We dumped the old clay and dirt at the yard, and was told it would be no charge.This place and Jeff were amazing to deal with. They know how to do customer service right and will do everything they can to help a person. I will absolutely go back there for anything yard related that I need and would refer anyone to go there. If you want to be treated right and experience top notch customer service go to Bluegrass.

I called and asked if there was a possibility for us to receive our delivery first thing in the morning Saturday.They called me back once their delivery schedule was finalized and informed me that they couldn’t do a first thing delivery but they had a better solution and could delivery it Friday night!!
