Ralph Hartwig: My real rating is actually 4 1/2 stars. I recently purchased, and took possession of a 40' gooseneck from Capital Trailers. Barbara was great in helping get the deal done, and the follow up add ons required to get the trailer on the road. Like anything new, there were a few minor tweaks required but it's now good to go. If, or when I need another trailer, I won't hesitate to deal with Capital again. Thank you for your great service.

Trent Montgomery: Called Flaman at 8910 yellowhead trail. I got through to them right away and booked a trailer for rent. They set me up with a pick up time that worked for me. When I arrived Chris greeted me at the counter with the friendliest of greetings, took me outside to see if the trailer that was set up for me would work. He then brought the trailer out and connected it up and ran me through the paperwork. I used the trailer and was able to bring it back on a Sunday. The fellow inside the store was friendly once again. He took all information to pass onto the rentals department. I highly recommend Flaman for rentals, and definately will be using them for a trailer in the future.

The parts manager spent a long time talking to us explaining all the things we would need because we are newbie RV'ers. If I could give them a 10 star rating, I would.I just want to add that the post-sales support is fantastic. I was trying to install a backup camera and having problems. I phoned Logan and he spent a lot of time trying to help me even though I didn't buy the camera through them. I'm sure other dealerships would have told me to contact who I got the camera from.

However ,he sold me the hardware needed, explained where to get the appropriate tools, and explained how to properly repair the trailer. All in all a very good experience !
Kevin Schular: These guys stand behind their work. Brought my boat trailer in last year for them to install new trailer lights. When I came to pick up my trailer, the lights were installed but weren’t working - so had to wait for the rewiring. Ken apologized for their error and offered to do some other maintenance. I brought my trailer back yesterday and the repack on the bearings was done well and on time. Thanks Maverick!
