Based on Beatrice Bruteau’s wonderful little book, Radical Optimism. Practical Spirituality in an Uncertain World, we will be exploring what it means to obtain radical optimism by means of contemplation. This is not a let’s just think positive approach to optimism but rather one that is deeply grounded in the core of Being where both the infinite (divinity) and the finite (humanity) can be found in mutual indwelling.

Starseed Magicians: Best place to meditate, connect with your soul tribe.Every second Friday they have meditation 6 pm to 8 pm.Amazing singers, faculty, groups, you can reserve this big beautiful place for your next workshop.They have a beautiful labyrinth to walk on if you want.Very close to Northlands/Downtown
JEN Murphy: The Centre for Spiritual Living is a great space to get your positive, non denominational Sunday spiritual food! Whether that be through meditation, books, workshops, seminars, classes or meeting new positive and uplifting friends. It’s an amazing community of open minded individuals focused on personal development, goal setting, positive habits, encouragement and support and contributing to your community. It’s my favourite place to be on a Sunday morning. 👍⭐️☑️♥️

Tori S: I attend a monthly event that is hosted at this church. It is the first religious environment that I have EVER felt completely safe and welcomed in. I have a history of religious based trauma, so this is a trust that I do not give lightly. The environment and the people are very warm and sincere.
