She made me feel so comfortable and was so friendly and honest that I ended up buying 2 bags. Only because of her. This was my first visit to edmonton mall with my family and we stayed at Edmonton mall hotel for a week, I had great shopping experience with TAM. Will definitely go back to shop there again. Aric Desender: I received a Fossil watch for a gift , it’s a great watch . I like wearing it at work as it counts my steps , which lead to me losing the charger .Replacing the charger turned out to be pretty difficult as there seems to be a wide array of different chargers for different models and generations .After trying and failing through Amazon I decided to go to an actual Fossil store and the customer service was amazing . First I tried the Wested location which didnt have the charger I needed but they found it at SouthGate and when I got there to pick it up they didnt charge me for it as it was an extra that they just happened to have laying around ! Now that is how you keep a customer . Thanks Fossil stores .

Bronwyn Cook: Highlights: Excellent customer service, non-judgmental, welcoming, and overall very funny and kind staff.Story: I wanted to buy a watch and I had a terrible time making up my mind. I was at the store 4 times over 2 weeks and they could have easily been exasperated with me but everyone treated me well and was exceedingly helpful. 1 employee was there every time I came in but she was very supportive and helpful. Eventually I chose a men's watch because it had all the features I was looking for, but the watch band wouldn't fit me. They could have just said 'that's too bad, look online' but INSTEAD, she said hold on and went looking in the back and found me a smaller band that would fit the watch and my teeny wrist. Really it was a pleasure shopping there!

It went through, I was so amazed by what she did for me, solving a problem with no relation to her store.⭐️💖⭐️💖⭐️💖⭐️💖⭐️
