Em El: it felt uncomfortable to go in this store as you would always be watched but never helped and the staff were mean for nothing. I actually avoided this store until recently due to this.I once used a credit card with the old staff present and AFTER the transaction went through I was asked for ID which never happened to me at any other place I’ve used my credit card. I didn’t drive at the time so I didn’t have it on me. The lady basically acted like a parent and told me to always carry my ID in such a rude tone.

Critter Knots: It is an absolutely wonderful store with fantastic service. A large selection that is continuously growing. The management is also very willing to order items in for ones size if they do not have it in stock.This trip I purchased my teenage daughter her first pair of platform boots. Goth dad goal achieved😁It is far beyond what we've experienced in Edmonton in the past, which makes me extremely happy and will absolutely be a returning customer again and again.

BUT, there is usually some sort of sale when I go in.I had ordered boots from them, when they came in, the platform was coming apart from the boot. Since I noticed it before I took them home, they sent them back and I got a new pair right away. They were understanding, and even apologetic, though it was a manufacturing defect.

LAURA WOOD: Antonia pierced my daughter's ears today, and it was our best piercing experience to date. The after care instructions were delivered in a way we'd never heard. The actual piercing was problem free. Antonia is such a sweet soul which radiates through her customer service.

C: I got my nose pierced by Kat. She is very knowledgeable and confident. She goes through all the steps with you thoroughly. You can see how well organized Kat is and how clean the set up is. You can see how sterile everything is before you get your piercing. Kat made my experience worry free and I would definitely go back to her for any other piercing.

J P: I've been shopping at Claire's for years and have had numerous ear piercings at their various locations. My little sister and I came in for lobe piercings and were treated like royalty! from the time I phoned to book our appointments, through to having the aftercare explained to us, we left feeling sparkly and feeling like a million bucks! the piercing process was clean, fast, clearly explained and it was a nice way to cross getting matching sister piercings off our bucket list. although the store was very busy, they were strict with their capacity rules and had a staff member doing crowd control. will definitely be back again soon!
