Normally I avoid Kingsway mall bc WEM has more options but with covid I decided to just quickly rush in and out.I just wanted to say I found staff to be very friendly and helpful. Seems like a fun atmosphere. I Appreciated that they followed all Covid restrictions, so I felt very safe and at ease while shopping.The chick with the short hair and tattoos was very friendly, really knew a lot about all the items I was purchasing and even helped me make a better purchase. I will definitely go back.

I did not have this experience with the other branded stores in the mall. If so visit the mall again, they’re the first store I would go to.People leave a bad review in this store lack patience, comprehension and lack of adaptability. I suggest you ignore the bad reviews and actually understand what you’re getting in to and take the time to understand the items and respect the staff members.
