They are tucked away in a tiny dining establishment in the Eastwood area of Edmonton.The service was just average...the server at the register didn't really seem very attentive. And the space is like a basic small dining outlet. The day we went the restaurant was super busy, service was slow but the owner and staff more than made up for it with their top notch customer service and friendly acknowledgement of the wait. They provided a beverage on the house for the wait time, and were super engaged in making sure we were doing okay while we waited. The food was worth the wait though - everything was delicious!
helga romero: I loved it. Excellent service the waiter came right away, as soon as we sat down brought a nice big bottle of ice water to the table and menus. Took the time to explain all the specialities they had in detail.My friend had papas bravas which is French fries with cheese, purple onions, green and red peppers and you can choose either beef, chicken or chorizo. It’s was really taste and it was a big plate. You can easily share this plate.I had made of beef heart on top of sliced potatoes with a pice of grill corn on the cob. We also had empanadas fill with cheese and chorizo. They were very tasty.Some of the food on the menu I found it pricy but there is lots to choose fromThe waiter give us a superb service. He also asked which language we preferred to speak as he was bilingual. He spoke English and Spanish.The owner came at the end to talk to us which it was a nice gesture. Again excellent service.Muchas gracias to both of you.

All were cooked to perfection with absolutely immaculate seasoning.The punch was a refreshing palate cleanser and also paired perfectly with the meal. Lee Walker: Service was great place was only open for another hour and got full service. Lots of details on all the dishes, and where they came from our food was amazing. The portions were huge huge. We tried all kinds of things that we didn’t normally like and found out that when they make them here they are fantastic would definitely recommend.Vegetarian options: Lots of great vegetarian options. The salad was probably one of the best I’ve ever had especially if you like cilantro, which I do.

We tried the brisket and turkey pesto sandwiches and both of them are soooo mouth watering. Very friendly staff, clean little cafe. Brad Anderson: Had the pleasure of taking my beautiful girl and her three children for dinner on Saturday, Aug. 17. Morgan was our server and was very proper, professional, and friendly.We ordered: caesar salads for everyone, the large seafood tower, the tomahawk ribeye, 16oz bone in tenderloin, mushrooms, asparagus, french fries, and the potatoes au gratin.Everything was exceptional, and the steaks were a beautiful medium rare and paired it with the Baker cabernet. The pacing of the meal was perfect, I do not like feeling rushed.For desserts, we shared the banana cream pie, key lime pie, cheesecake, and the creme brule, which were all great....that banana cream pie is exceptionally incredibleEverything was spot on.Thank you to all the staff, the nice gentlemen who filled our water, Morgan, and the kitchen for a memorable evening.

I ordered a 16oz medium rare rib eye, and it was cooked to perfection – tender, juicy, and bursting with flavour. The garlic bread we ordered was incredibly delicious, even though it may have been a tad bit oilier than expected. But who can resist indulging in some comforting and delectable garlic bread, right? 😄Our server, Tyler, truly added to the wonderful experience. His knowledge and warmth in service were commendable. Tyler recommended a local brew beer that had this delightful citrus note to it – a fantastic choice, as I thoroughly enjoyed the drink.As a delightful surprise, they treated me to a Crème Brûlée, which was an absolute treat and generously portioned enough to share between two. It was a thoughtful gesture that made our celebration even more special.From the delicious food to the attentive service, our time at Ruth's was truly memorable. I can wholeheartedly recommend this place to others, and my wife and I are already looking forward to returning for another fantastic dining experience. Thank you, Ruth's, for making my birthday celebration a remarkable one!

Dustin Weinbrecht: Ruth Chris is one my favorite steakhouses anywhere. This particular location is in downtown Edmonton. Great choice for a date night, and a phenomenal steak. Ambiance, service and food are all really good. Not cheap, but worth the cost imo. The lobster bisque phenomenal and the shrimp appetizer is excellent. That said, for a Ruth Chris the steak was not quiet as good as what I’m used to but still solid.
Kaitlyn M: Amazing food and service!! We came in with no reservation and we sat in the bar side which was really beautiful. It was busy and I believe it was actually the manager Jen?? who served us and she made us feel welcomed and took us through the menu and even bought us desert for my partner’s birthday! The food was unbelievable especially the lamb and the mac and cheese with lobster on top. I’m going to bring my mom for her birthday. A really cool experience here and I understand the hype.
Sheryl McGuire: 40 oz porterhouse and sweet potato casserole. We really appreciated that the steak stayed hot due to their unique methods of serving it. It was extremely tender. The casserole too was very delicious. Dessert was the Banana Cream Pie and it was awesome! We are glad to have been to Ruth Chris!!

Christyne Boyer: Such a great brunch place! They don't take reservations on the weekends, so show up a little early, especially if you have a larger group. All staff were so welcoming and friendly. Our waitress made sure to check in once each of my friends showed up to take their drink order. I don't drink coffee, but they have a full espresso bar and the lattes looked amazing. Highly recommend the Yuzu-Palmer! The food...omg the food. Probably one of THE best egg bennys ever and the smashed potato hasbrowns were amazing. Plus, you can get some Made by Marcus ice cream for dessert. You won't be disappointed here!

Alycia Larson: The vibes for Sunday night jam were immaculate. Nice cold beer on tap and good prices. Lots of friendly faces and people having a good time. Our server got very busy so we had to get our own drinks at the bar a couple times but not a big deal. The food was just OK. Wings were decent but samosa had way too much cumin making them bitter. Would definitely come back again!
Dustin Weinbrecht: Excellent spot for live Music in downtown Edmonton. Not a huge selection in terms of craft beer and whiskey, but the atmosphere and food make up for it. I’m a wing and River City has some of the best in town. The cater to all crowds with different themed music nights daily. If your looking for good food and live music you’ll enjoy River City Revival House.
Asian Springroll: I been here a few times now and I love this place. I would go more often but my women likes to be boring person, and she rather stay home and eat popcorn.

Warren Clarke: Saw local band The Leaky Shack Travelling Roadshow here, great band, great sound. Atmosphere was fantastic, laid back and relaxing. The food was Delicious. Had the Chixdippit, handmade, hand battered chicken strips with bbq mustard, very tasty. Drinks are reasonably priced and the staff was attentive and friendly and genuinely make you feel welcome.
