I literally spent days phoning almost every tire shop in Edmonton and area trying to get it done ,everyone either said its too big or it won't fit our alignment machine,a couple big shops were actually terribly rude. By chance I called Bert's on the third day and Darlene said no problem when can you come in!They did a fantastic job and took time to find tires that replaced the old out of date tire size that were on. Had them go over everything and she's ready to go again. Nothing but the best service and work by anyone so glad to have gone to Bert's. Recommended anytime and if you need a wheel alignment on an older motohome go no further.

Brad Jeffries: Brought in my overworked Ridgeline for a wheel alignment. I had 3 negative experiences with other shops with my front end over the last 16 months and it didn’t drive right, tilted steering wheel after alignment and uncaring mechanic. Berts spotted 2 noisy wheel bearings and replaced them, and did the alignment. They had in done by the next morning. The steering wheel is where it belongs and ride feels good again. Good service, good people

Came at 4pm after seeing 2 places within 5 minutes desperately needing 45 minutes worth of work before 5 as I had work at 8am. They stayed late and quoted me 40$ less than one of there neighbours. Customer service, they're understanding and they're workmanship are unmatched I'd never go anywhere else thanks to that experience and they are the only people I'd recommend to anyone. He told me not to worry about it and he would take care of it. After the first road trip we noticed it was not shifting very smooth. We phoned Mark and let him know and he put in a used transmission with low km for free. Great service and would highly recommend! They told me I had to go back to my dealership- which is way out of my way and gives horrific service and overcharges. I thought I would try Central Tire as they are close to my work. They have a 1st come, 1st served policy which works great for me working downtown - just made sure I was there at 7 am. Not only were they able to fix the "Tire Pressure System" warning, they explained it to me in plain language, fixed it within 2 hours and did not even charge me!!The people who work here genuinely care & are very knowledgeable. It's like being in a small town. I highly recommend Central Tire esp. for people who work downtown & have limited time. I would give them my business anytime.
