We put her to work pulling a few different trees to look at. She did it with a smile!You can tell the staff there enjoy their jobs. Prices were also very competitive! I have had the absolute worst luck in terms of timing, and I had reserved a tree which then could not be planted due to a month straight of rain when it came time to get my rough grade done. They gave me credit to utilize at a later date, and have been diligent about keeping up with me. The plants are all kept in excellent condition, and the staff are knowledgeable and really do their best to put the consumer first. Despite the fact I'm not a contractor and likely only comprise a minuscule amount of their business, they have treated me extremely well. I have visited on multiple occasions and have yet to have anything short of a good experience.

Arinne F: I am SO impressed with the level of service we received here. I had emailed them prior to check availability and pricing and they responded right away. I compared prices on a few different places and Arrowhead was the best priced. When we arrived, we were greeted promptly, and the lady immediately assisted us to the specific trees we were looking for. We picked our trees and they used their machinery to put them into our vehicle. Weeks later and our trees are alive and thriving. Arrowhead is a family run business and I found them all to be super friendly and they were all very coordinated and organized on who does what and they knew exactly where everything was. Overall GREAT experience and I would definitely recommend purchasing your trees from Arrowhead.

Fred Moody: We formed an Arboretum Society in Redwater just over two years ago and with the help of Arrowhead planted 66 trees and 25 shrubs in a strip of barren land beside the CN tracks running through Redwater. Most of the trees are all a different species. Without the help of John and Dawn and their other staff we wouldn't have the fantastic park we do today.

Tina Gribby: I can't say enough good things about Sherwood Nurseries. They were so very helpful in helping us decide on the trees we wanted and were beyond patient with us. I was constantly emailing them asking question and always received a prompt reply. One time I had emailed more questions and received a reply promptly even though the lady, I believe Sharon, was at the ER with an eye injury.We paid to have to trees planted and the service was excellent. They did a great job and were prompt and efficient and cleaned up everything right away. Price wise they were very comparable or maybe even a little less expensive than the bigger garden centers. Everything is of a good quality. I live in Beaumont, but it was definitely worth the drive.

After learning they don’t mark up to cover warranty on the plants, it did not deter me. We take care of what we buy and take full responsibility. If you want that buffer, spend more elsewhere, if not, come here - it is worth it.They are super helpful and can even order in what you need if their supplier carries it.I’ve recommended them many times to friends who are in need of plants and trees. We have bought numerous trees from them, and they are all doing so well. We look forward to coming back to get more from them.
