Ivy W: West Edmonton Mall is an expansive retail and entertainment wonderland. With over 800 stores, it's a shopper's paradise. The indoor amusement park, waterpark, ice rink, and countless dining options make it a perfect family destination. However, it can get crowded, so visit during off-peak hours for a more enjoyable experience.

No Haters: I just wish there are nearby parking spaces that are not too expensive. Overall the mall has good amount of stores and boutiques that you could relax and enjoy. Its also close to the city Hall, Churchill square and Jasper avenue.

Cori Beilman: Go here quite often as I live downtown. Always clean. A lot of the undesirables don't hang around as much as before. I've also noticed much more police presence. Winner's is my favorite, hope they don't close this location. Still missing the Bay 😪
Gina Osee: I liked the shopping stores. Just wish I made it a little sooner to shop longer lol.
Alvaro Cajina: Location is a bit confusing to find. Must enter through the central point place on the 3rd floor of the city center mall. A guard will assist you at the main doors, at which point you have to take the elevator up to the 4th floor and walk straight from the elevator to get to the Paladin security office and there you will be greeted by their friendly front desk staff.

Don't eat the Soap: Decent mall. Not much in the way of anchor stores but lots of clothing and makeup and lingerie type stores. Pretty good food court but no McDonald's. Now has a decent walmart.
Marc BLACK PANTHER: Just never visit on weekends. Too busy.
Donovan Blake: Not crazy busy in the mall so a huge plus. Most stores are neat and tidy with good selections. A couple with sales thar had quite poor selection. Overall, we will come back.

Jerome Lewis: It's a convenient place to eat when we're on the road but we don't spend much time there.
Ron Swiscoski: I get my pills from shoppers there. Behind the counter people are so awesome there, and on the off chance that they don't know something about your meds, the pharmacist there are great. They've taken time to explain different meds and reactions they may have with other drugs. They're even hear on phone

Sarah Schoenberger: Riverbend square is a cute little strip mall of stores and fast food restaurants. The EPL library is a cute little libarary which isn't often busy unlike the others in the city so it's a nice quaint hangout. The McDonald's in the plaza is the least problematic McDonald's in all of Edmotnon in my opinion. They never mess up my order and the good is always hot and fresh. As for all the other stores it's definitely something you should check out for yourself!

OldDude Nord: This is our neighborhood shopping mall, that has faced numerous challenges in the last 5 or more years. The never ending LRT construction created numerous challenges for employees and customers. Covid19 also played havoc with our mall. We've seen Tony Romas and Albert's restaurants leave, creating a huge void. Mall mgmt is trying different options, which create tiny steps forward. There are massive plans for redevelopment of the entire complex. Given the retail environment post Covid, I'm uncertain if these big plans are still on their radar.

David Parr: One time I was driving home and I had to use the washroom so bad. There was no way I could make it home. So instead of driving the 5 minutes, I walked for 5 minutes looking for the bathrooms in this twilight zone of a mall. 4 stars for the intuitive bathroom placement. For anyone wondering, there's some in the cafeteria.
