Emiliane Nabindu: It was my first time at the salon, so I called in and they accommodated me by taking me in the same day. Staff was nice and kind the whole time and made sure I was okay. They did cornrows on my head and it came out nicely with jewelry! The price was reasonable and not too expensive. They even gave me a tour of the salon for my first time. I was satisfied with the results and the experience. I will be coming back!
Shannon Frew: about bringing my curly 4yo in for a hair cut. She suggested I see Shanica. I messaged Shanica on IG and explained my daughter has autism and lots of sensitivities around her hair and head. We booked an appointment for a curly cut & Shanica was incredible! She took her time and my daughter was comfortable washing, combing, cutting and even drying! Everyone in the salon was smiling and kind to us. Thank you so much for such an awesome experience everyone.I highly recommend this group of ladies.

clara colcy: It was my first time coming to get my hair done at Hair Palace and they did great. I needed to get my hair done for a last minute trip and I called all over the city. When I called Hair Palace, they gave me a sameday appointment, started on my hair within minutes of me entering the salon. I got a bob weave done, with a closure and I love it. Mariam and all the stylist keep the salon lively and full of jokes! I had a great experience and will come back again. Btw, I live in St Albert and I am glad that I made the 45min drive to the Hair Palace!!

mystery evolves: I had went to my local Sally Beauty but there was a sign on the door saying that local location was closed. I decided to drive to the Kingsway location. It was much further than I anticipated but the associate was very friendly and helpful.They didn't have the product I was looking for but walked me through a few different options.I love the gel hand sanitizer which is unfortunately being discontinued. It is on clearance, I bought a bunch.

About That Life: This store is truly exceptional! The staff that work here are extremely knowledgeable and patient with every customer they help. Erika and her team always have a recommendation that they tried or know someone who has, they know about every product they carry. My grandmother who is quite forgetful is always accommodated and never pushed aside. I hope corporate recognizes the staff that work at this location and acknowledges their hard work, this is what keep customers coming to a specific location.
