Awesome.If you’re buying gold rings, it’s important to inspect it first. Look for any wear or scratches. It’s normal, gold is a soft metal. They do exchanges, and even wearing a ring for a day can have noticeable wear. Its okay to ask for a different ring. Once you purchase, it’s part of the rings history, embrace it. They can polish your ring if it really bothers you. If it doesn’t fit, don’t wear it. You want to avoid any reason for them to be hesitant to return or exchange.They have email. If you have an issue, you can document those issues that way in writing, especially if you have reservations on how the store is handling it. Tiffany has good customer service though.It’s Tiffany. You’re buying because it’s Tiffany. Celebrate whatever the occasion is.This is a good store with good staff. I’m extremely happy with both my rings. Do some research before you make any large purchases from Tiffany or anywhere else, save yourself from a headache.

I got to hold/inspect the stones as I chose from a selection of them, and saw many different examples. I was also encouraged to take lots of pictures so I could refer back and see if my opinions stayed the same after a few days. I felt like I was given a lot of options and opportunities to voice my thoughts and ask questions. They also created a 3D wax model before they poured the gold, so I got a good idea of what the ring would look like before committing to the design.I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. It’s clear they take pride in what they create and care about what the customer wants. I didn’t feel pressured at all, and any advice was clearly given with the intent of creating a piece that will last and I could be happy with. I feel like if I had gone to another jewelry store, I wouldn’t have been able to get what I want to the same extent, and would be left with a ring with missing/cracked stones within a few years. My ring turned out perfectly and I feel confident I can wear it for years to come with no need to worry. I appreciate all the help I received over the last several months and am so happy we went to Jedco. Thank you!

Tim Terry: I have been a Jedco customer for over 20 years. They've helped design and build jewellery for me many times, and I've always been completely satisfied with the experience. When I needed an engagement ring, they let me select the diamond and built the custom band. They let me select the diamonds to use for anniversary earrings and then built them from scratch for me. When I wanted a custom ring for myself, they helped me select the stones, and 10 years later, I still love that ring. Makes me happy every time I see it. Custom ammolite ring? No problem. Now, later in life, they are helping me with the celebration of significant milestones from a distance. Jerry and the team have always been a joy. They take the time to make sure you are happy, and stand behind their work. When I need something special - the first and last name I think of, is Jedco.

C: I got my nose pierced by Kat. She is very knowledgeable and confident. She goes through all the steps with you thoroughly. You can see how well organized Kat is and how clean the set up is. You can see how sterile everything is before you get your piercing. Kat made my experience worry free and I would definitely go back to her for any other piercing.

J P: I've been shopping at Claire's for years and have had numerous ear piercings at their various locations. My little sister and I came in for lobe piercings and were treated like royalty! from the time I phoned to book our appointments, through to having the aftercare explained to us, we left feeling sparkly and feeling like a million bucks! the piercing process was clean, fast, clearly explained and it was a nice way to cross getting matching sister piercings off our bucket list. although the store was very busy, they were strict with their capacity rules and had a staff member doing crowd control. will definitely be back again soon!
