Wildlife Haven Rehabilitation Centre: what do users think?

Justin B: Fun place for the eWhole family

Mary Reimer: The kids enjoyed the visit, the presentation was great. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Be prepared to be outside for the presentation, wear a hat or bring an umbrella to beat the heat since the timing is in the afternoon. It would be nice to have some opportunity to photo up with the ambassadors after the presentation or interact with it specially if they are docile.

Erika McKay: This is an amazing place, they came within the hour to rescue raccoons and sparrows

Jo-Anne D: My 3 granddaughters & I attended the Friday Raptor Rendezvous today. We thoroughly enjoyed meeting a beautiful red tailed hawk, great horned owl & the sweetest little box turtle. Our hosts were informative & had great patience to answer allquestions from young & old. We learned a great deal about their generous care of our injured wild animals.Thankyou. We will definitely return for more visits.

Robert Furedi: and staff ran an MRI on it. I believe Bugs exited Stage Right thru euthanasia through the care of professional staff.

Stacy Shute: I found an Injured Red Squirrel and was Able to Bring it to the Wildlife Haven!

Nicole-marie Normand: Amazing animal people here.

Chris Gaudry: Fabulous place, great people, super important work

Daniel Timmerman: Fantastic place to learn about animals, and how they receive help and rehabilitation.

C Jacks: What a blessed place. They do incredible work to protect and heal local wildlife and are so dedicated to educating the public about the beings we share this land with. They're always top of my list for gifts and places to donate to whenever I can.

Kandee Richardson: Amazing place that does amazing things

Cw Wc: Looks like a great place for a great cause. I did the tour there, didn't even realize this place was in Manitoba before then.

Shane Seguin: Wildlife Haven Rehabilitation Centre - Attended the open house September 2022 and we were very impressed with the facility and their rehabilitation process for small wild animals. Despite some public opinion we learned the Rehabilitation Centre is not a government organization and they rely heavily on volunteers, fundraising, and grants. Highly recommend you take advantage of the open house days if you get a chance to get a good understanding of how the facility works and just how well animals are treated.

Kristopher Noseworthy: I had no idea they treated so many different types of animals. Great tour. Friendly staff.

judy C: ! The work they do there is incredible.

Brent Brentnall: Have heard so much about this long time charity based organization and jumped at a chance to attend an open house. Quite impressive the work they do and the facility that they have built over 37 years. All this with only donations and a lot of volunteers. Quite impressive to say the least.

A: Wait time No wait

Michael Borelli: It's a great place for a walk or a bike ride. I probably walk this over 100 times a year. Despite the numerous signs that dogs must be on a leash or under voice command, most people ignore this. Had a dirty dog jump all over me today and get my sweater dirty. Very annoying.Visited on Weekday Wait time No wait Reservation recommended No …

Loner Morrison: Love this place. So pretty and full of nature. One of my favorite places to bike ride for sure.Visited on Weekend Wait time No wait Reservation recommended No …

Clinton Kroeker: The trails are well-maintained, and it’s a peaceful walk down each of them. We heard many unique birdcalls when we visited in mid-June. While it’s not the most remarkable destination if you want to spend time in the wild, it is a wonderful oasis of nature and quiet in the middle of the city.Visited on Weekday …

Omni andra: Love it here, so relaxing, perfect place to go when you want to get away from the city. Lots of nature and no city noise. Lots of ppl walking, either themselves or with their dogs. Dogs can be off leash as long as they respnd when called back and are respectful of those in the park. My kids spent lota of time here exploring the woods and having fun and adventure.

D'Arcy's Animal Rescue Centre: what do users think?

Karina K: Thank you for my little friend :3

Greg C: I love D'Arcy's ARC. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The cats' rooms are large and well-designed. The adoption fees for cats are extremely reasonable. The cats are well-socialized, so usually friendly to strangers.I adopted my cat there a few years ago and she's been wonderful. I go back regularly to visit with the cats. So many new furry faces show up every time! If you see a cat you like, don't hesitate, they do go fast!Update: the new renovations are complete!

J Ph: Nice place to look at but beware of the one way street so you won’t miss it . This is located next to the memory express computer store look at my video before you hit the road ! Thanks

Mumit Ahmed: v friendly, cute kitties

Jona: home. The adoption process was relatively easy and smooth! No complaints at all! They let you know everything that is to know and gives you free stuff when you adopt~ highly recommended considering this wonderful shelter when looking to adopt your furbaby!

May: Fantastic organization that prioritizes the needs of each animal! As a cat lover, I can appreciate the value placed on each. When I visited this shelter, the staff was always kind and welcoming. Each cat was loved and nutured regardless of their age or ailment.

Blanka Pillmann: Good value

Sheila “Fang”: I've only visited once but it's a lovely place. The animals are cared for and it's clean.

Winnipeg Pet Rescue Shelter: what do users think?

Brooke Fengler: Amazing staff!! For giving all the animals a safe place until they can be adopted. And for taking care of the animals like there all their own pets. It means so much what you and all your staff do for the animals and it doesn't go in noticed and my family and I are so thankful for all your kind hearts and we are so thankful once again Blessings 💕💕

Ally Dyck: Hi I have a couple.questions do they take in kittens that you can't sell nor keep or only animals that really need help, be a use my cat had kittens and I really don't want them going to a shelter that euthanizes after acouple of days and does it cost any to bring in animals??

Michelle Marchak: Really like the new store, lots of great cat, dog, and bird products. Lots of cats and dogs for adoption.

Shantelle Lesko: We found a stray cat that was pregnant. I called and the staff was very polite and informative. Unfortunately they have a months long waiting list to bring in strays.

Jolene Beaugrand: Nice and clean, taking care of all the animals

Jae kuczera: Very friendly staff. I'd only adopt free m them in the future, as they are a no kill pet shelter.

Kathleen Bennett: Very knowledgeable team, the animal guests are really well taken care of.

Carolyn Copeman: The place was very inviting. The staff was very friendly and approachable and professional and aprieative,. The place was clean and spacious,. You can tell the animals there are loved and well taken care of. If I already didn't have a cat I would've adopted one from them.
