Antonio Bonomo: had never been here. They took a 30' oak down in a matter of a couple of hours, and they were very friendly and pleasant to deal with. Add this all together, and you get a well earned 5 star rating. Oh, and they also piled pieces for firewood along the fence. And they also hauled away part of the trunk to a lumber mill, at no extra cost to me. The mill will be cutting slabs for my own use. The first photo shows the tree as it started coming down. The second photo shows our yard less than 3 hours later.

Angelle Holmes: Amazing service. They have cool trucks. A whole team came out and did the work of cutting down the tree. Whole thing took about an hour. It was also a short wait from the estimate to coming out to cut the tree.

Dianne Edwards: This is the 2nd time that we have had Rob and his team out to assess and service our trees and we can only say great things about them and the company. Setting up timing to have the work done and getting the work done is efficient and as scheduled. The yard is cleaned up so well after, that you wouldn’t even know that they were there. The 1st time we had several large trees pruned and a few removed that were in some very awkward areas to remove. Some were located by the fence and the neighbours’ yards and some by the pool and the pond. No damage or branches in the pool or the pond and all others were cleaned up from the yards! This time we had a large limb removed that was overhanging our fence into the neighbour’s yard and again, full clean up and no damage. Great company for certain and I would highly recommend them.

Lois Ridley: On June 30, 2023 I had Greendrop remove two trees and one shrub as well as do some significant trimming of several lilac bushes. Martin, Edixon, Pardeep and Devon did an excellent job. They were quick, efficient and professional and cleaned up my yard very well when they were done. They even put grass seed in the areas where the trees were removed, which I very much appreciated. I am very pleased with the work they did.

Kildonan Tree Service’s certified arborists have been pruning, trimming, and treating trees commercially and residentially since we first set out with just a truck, ladder, and chainsaw in 1974.
They were quick to get a quote to me which was great. I'm editing my original review since someone at the office did reach out to me to understand my frustration and apologize for the lack of communication in doing the work. I respect any business that tries to at least understand the problem and big enough to apologize, which they did.
Arron was on time and extremely courteous, friendly, and very professional and did an amazing job grinding 3 stumps in my yard. I live beside an apartment building and he understood my concerns with anything hitting the building and helped me take extra care and put up some cardboard for extra protection just in case - even though it really wasn't needed. He had to work in quite a tight space and totally knew what he was doing. I was super nervous, but he made me feel really at ease. The quote was extremely reasonable, and they honored it even though it was from the year before and prices have been skyrocketing. Would definitely recommend them for any of your projects.
