I had the most pleasant experience.As a woman new to the trades it’s nerve wrecking purchasing tools for school. The man who helped me was Eric and he was so helpful. I’ve visited other stores and staff have talked down to me and made me feel stupid for not knowing about the tools. This man made me feel so welcome and answered all of my questions. I was so lost when I walked in and I left with exactly what I needed, he even explained the settings on the drill to me and carried it out for me! He has absolutely made me a life long customer!
