It's a family business and from the moment the team arrived late Friday night just hours after the incident, we were treated like family. Their biggest concern was our safety and comfort. Based on the excellent treatment and quality of emergency repairs, we decided to stick with Giancola for the balance of the insurance work, amounting to approximately $100,000. The team was easy to work with and delivered a beautiful finished product. I wouldn't hesitate to use Giancola again or recommend them to friends and family.

XW T Liu: Hired David and his team to fix my house's foundation parging. David showed up as promised to provide the quote. I had a need to fix it before I put up my shed. He explained his team was really busy but was able to accommodate my schedule by repairing the important areas first then come back at a later date to complete the rest of the work. That allowed me to meet my schedule. I really appreciate their flexibility to assist me. I also accepted that we needed good weather to do quality work so if you're considering something for home, patience may be required - especially how this year has been so wet/rainy.
