Julie Wong: was really helpful and easy to work with! Our order was a little confusing because the files weren't quite formatted properly, but Gareth knew his stuff and helped me figure out how to get everything printed correctly. Despite being the only one working that day, he was patient and made sure to go over all the options with me. I really appreciated it and we were super happy with the quality of the prints. I sent a request and Ted acknowledged the receipt within minutes, walked through some clarifications and later confirmed that my materials were ready for pick-up. I really appreciate prompt communication and great service, it makes a huge difference for situations when you're in a pinch. Would recommend this location and will definitely use in the future.
