When I arrived at the dealership I was introduced to Graeme, whom I was already in contact with over the phone to arrange a test drive. Needless to say I ended up purchasing the bmw but the whole transaction was smooth. I felt included in the process the whole time. Noah: Had a Genesis Coupe for 6 years, serviced here a few times, then switched to a 2020 G70. Nothing but great experiences with each scheduled maintenance, the service advisor is always on the ball and staff tend to go the extra mile.One note about the app scheduling complaint- the maintenance scheduling in the Genesis app is known to not work well; always communicate with the dealership directly via phone or email for best results. Heavily documented on the Genesis forums and Facebook group.
