Craig McGrath: We hadn't been to a Burrito Splenido in years. I'm glad we stopped in. The staff was very friendly and ai.ed to please. They make their burritos fresh to order, and they have an incredible selection of fillings and condiments.One thing that I found to be value added was I couldn't decide on what I wanted as I was over hungry and on the verge of being hangry. The guy that was filling it up understood and recommended different fillings.We will absolutely go to the restaurant again, specifically this location.

Pam Narynski: It's been a while since I have been in this location. The service is still great and so is the food. The only thing is I had trouble hearing the server when putting my order together. It seems several drink coolers have been added behind the counter, there was something making noise in the kitchen and then music was also playing on top of that, to make it hard to hear the server's questions. The noise isn't as noticeable or problematic when sitting in the dining area of the restaurant. Nonetheless, I enjoyed my food. I still get a kick out of how they manage to stuff all your food choices into the tortilla shell, Lol!Wheelchair accessibility: There's a slight step up on curbing if you have mobility issues. If that doesn't work for you, there's an incline right in front of the doorway to get you into the restaurant.

Jesus: We tried the chicken with adobo burrito and the barbacoa burrito and both were soo good. The taste was great and most ingredients are local. I love that they have many options to put in your burrito. Also, we recommend their guacamole and cheese salsa. We also had the burrito bowl, the size was generous and delicious. The service was really friendly and the cookies are a must try.

trista donald: Love this place. By far my favorite fast food restaurant.... Not that I would call it "fast food" really. The burrito are massive and totally customizable.Kid-friendliness: They do have some lovely kids meals, all healthy.
Dimitris Protsios: Best place to go for Mexican food with a very good quality to price ratio. Lots of options and choices, fresh ingredients and incredibly nice tortilla chips. They make fresh chips daily. We had catering from them twice and it was absolutely wonderful. You just order online and everything is brought to you. Nothing to worry about but glasses for drinks and cutlery.

L Raill: the girl was working alone as another staff member had called in sick. Although it was very busy, she tried her ultimate best. It was obvious that she was dealing with people as professionally and quickly as she could while ensuring keeping things clean and keeping items refilled where possible. She may have been wavering behind her front attitude but kudos to her for a job well done. All orders were prepared as asked for and if something was unavailable as it was with mine, she was helpful in accommodating a secondary choice.

I do think their chicken needs more flavour/spices, compared to burritos I’ve had elsewhere, the flavour is lacking here.We usually order via skip. Twice we have placed our own pickup order via their website and both times, upon arrival at the set pickup time, the orders hadn’t yet been prepared and there was initial confusion until finding the order receipts. Staff were friendly and apologetic, the food doesn’t take long to prepare so it’s not a huge deal but still unsure why it happened anyways.Nachos & queso, and the churros are a nice add on. Overall the value is great, and the serving sizes are large.
