Bonnie Tinker: During our house build project our carpenter recommended Evon and Ella at Floor Country. They are both so helpful and were an excellent resource when sourcing products for our floors. Evon's help deciding on design features was so appreciated, as the choices can be overwhelming at times. We also loved the counters that we purchased through them as well. Anthony Kauenhowen: We first heard about Floor Country at the local home show a couple of years back when we first started our renovations. We liked them then because of the "no pressure" service they provided. More recently, we went back to them for our bathroom and kitchen tile purchase along with a quartz counter top in the kitchen. They really know their stuff. Their design sense and experience gave us confidence and took the stress out of making this large purchase. This week we had our counter top installed and we are beyond thrilled. This is our first luxury counter top so it was a big deal for us. I also want to mention the great work their counter top provider did. Truly professional service and quality products. Highly recommended.
Alex Novac: We hired Floor Country Canada this summer to do our feature wall in the living room. Evon was very professional and walk us through every details of the project recommending the right tiles and measurements to fit our space. The contractor Rob did an excellent job and the work was done in a timely and professional manner. He worked hard to drill holes in the tiles for the TV wires and cleaned up everything afterwards. Super, dependable family owned company. I highly recommend Floor Country Canada for any house project.

TheDahammer2g: My wife and I were looking for some laminate flooring to repair a few warped boards but the exact type we needed was discontinued!I had called a few places but they all wanted to sell me an entire new set of flooring which was just unreasonable for the small fix we needed. However, coming down to Floor Country proved to be a good call because instead of trying to sell us on a new set, she attempted to actually fix my problem. We looked for alternatives and finally settled on a very inexpensive and elegant solution. The product wasnt even sold there, I was directed elsewhere!This is the type of old school make-the customer-happy-not-the-sale that people will remember. When I need flooring for our next home, I will 100 percent remember this and be coming back! Thanks a lot!!

He took the time to explore options and colors for us making recommendations that matched our style extremely well. While Covid-19 caused some delays in the process Evon and Ela went out of their way to ensure we were being looked after and kept in the loop.From our lead contractor Rob to each trade in turn we were impressed with the efficiency and professionalism of all involved in our project. Daniel Roscoe: I nipped in to check their supply of roll ends. The place was clean, tidy and well organized. Staff were helpful and their normal stock looked, well stocked. Afraid I didn't really pay much attention as I had very little time.
Anne Poonwassie: I had numerous problems with an engineered wood product. Months later the manufacturer produced an inaccurate report and refused to honour the warranty and remedy the issues. A&R Carpet Barn offered to refund my cost of the flooring and labor. I am beyond grateful that this business honoured their commitment to exceptional customer service when the manufacturer failed to do so.

We hired Carpet Barn’s contracted installer Martin and he did an excellent job with the installation! When I had an issue with one of the boxes of material Hugh arranged for a refund without any issue. Great customer service and professional installation, I would highly recommend! Mike Pigden: and tore up the floor to get to the stained pieces. Within a couple of hours they had pulled up other boards from a closet we decided to use to replace the stained boards. Then they pieced together the stained boards and used them in the closet which you don't see anyway. Great workmanship. Very easy company to deal with. Would definitly use them again.

The installation crew was also fast and professional.We haven't had much luck with contractors in the past so this was a very refreshing experience. Cam let me know a big shipment was expected in a few weeks and promised to email me when available. Cam followed up with 5 photos of the new stock. Went in to see and one style looked very good. Took a sample out to the cottage and it was just right!Cam and everyone else we interacted with at the store were all very friendly and helpful. Very happy with the quality and price too!
