Contact was easy and location is nice and open. Took care of my Takubelle and made her look clean and smelt good. But the other cat doesn't recognize her cause the smell change. I take my cat to Oliver for grooming. He is a Himalayan Rag cross with Snowshoe Siamese. I cant groom him as he wont let me but he is good for Oliver and the cat comes back unstressed. PC: I think I found a new groomer!! Google should have more than 5 stars as Oliver definitely deserves more. I have a Morkie and sometimes the up keep can be overwhelming at times. Oliver was kind, patient and did a fantastic job. Not only am I happy but I'm pretty sure my Morkie feels much better too.Thank you Oliver and I look forward to seeing you again soon.

Finn doesn't whine or cry like he did with other places we went to, and they always tell us he does well with them. Sometimes I can even call the same day and get in for 5 mins to get a trim, which is convenient.

Merissa King: I’ve sent my two dogs for overnight boarding twice. Most recently for 5 nights. They also got groomed and you get a discount for grooming when boarding. My dogs seemed very happy when I picked them up! Service is great, the owner is professional and responsive, and the facility is clean and nicely set up for the dogs. I do wish they didn’t have to leave the dogs alone all night, but I’m sure they are ok. I love that my dogs get to play all day in daycare so I’m sure they’re very tired at night.

Jen Nguyen: I love the dog loft and so does my dog. I've been coming here since it opened! The staff is friendly, they do a great job taking care of my dog when he goes to visit and the owner has helped me by taking extra care of my dog when he’s anxious because I’m gone. The facility is clean and always maintained.

We have been seeing Lucille and I can’t thank her enough for taking such good care of our dog. Our dog always comes back to the car having had the best day and she looks fantastic!The customer service is next level. Lucille quite literally gives us such great customer service and has on many occasions found a way to squeeze us in when we’ve forgotten to rebook.

Laura Warren: I have a 90 pound Rough Collie who is a total drama queen. I am extremely careful who I entrust him with for grooming, as Rough Collies are a huge challenge as it is, never mind one that is a drama queen, to boot. I brought him to see Lucille, based on recommendations from other dog people, and am I ever glad I did. Lucille has the patience of a saint with my fussy boy, she didn't force anything, she was calm & gentle, but also thorough. Rough Collies are a TON of work, and Lucille handled it with ease. She kept my boy calmer than I've seen him during grooming, and made him look amazing. Lucille has a very pleasant, soft touch with the animals she works on, and a personality to match. The 2 reviews on here saying otherwise are so fake as to be laughable. Anyone who has actually met Lucille would spot them as fake, as well. Her demeanor is nothing like that; she is pleasant, communicates effectively, and does fantastic work. I don't trust many with my boy, and Lucille is definitely one. He loves her, too, which is rare for him. In closing, I highly recommend Lucille for all your dogs grooming needs, period.
