Anonymous: Absolutely AMAZING service. Rose went above and beyond to help us with our wedding decor. She had a carpenter make us a custom arch which we didn’t even know we could do! We also rented an easel, and 2 Pillars. Due to COVID the original pillars we wanted were unavailable last minute but Rose suggested others they had and even drove all the way to deliver the items.If you’re looking for stunning decor items, and phenomenal customer service, Ornare is your place!!! We are so thankful to Rose for making our special day even more special.

I am giving it one less star because every time I go, the shelves are kind of empty or some things are always out of stock such as the cake making things, or cake boxes… it is not like they are speciality rare things either, many people make cakes.

My daughter loved it so much that she spent hours and would of possibly spent all night in it if she could. She had so much fun with her friends family and I would guarantee that any anybody would have just as much fun.It always is a great experience because they are the friendliest people with very high quality products. In planning for the event, Sinan was friendly and helpful, and always returned calls and emails quickly. We had a specific request for the ramp - and he researched our requirements and what they provided worked perfectly.On the day of the event, Eugene, the young person putting up the stage - was on time and he quickly and efficiently assembled the stage and ramp - and consulted with us to see if everything was okay.All in all, working with Spark Rentals was an excellent experience.
