Robb Massey: Best place for retail and office supplies. We get our bags and receipt paper here, and usually something unexpectedly great.
Hailey Urilyon: and requested help in this matter. I received a call in the afternoon from WR Display. The person on the phone tried to reiterate that the order had been delivered as ordered. I again had to explain that this is not what I ordered and this was their error. I mentioned I'd attached the original invoice, to which the person admitted to having not even looked at it before calling me.At this point they assured me a refund, and that someone would be by to pick up the box "free of charge".... which should have gone without saying as it was their error. They asked me to provide my visa number, which I was unable to at the time as I was in a public space so I promised to call them back if not later that day the very next morning. I did so, and they picked up the extra box same day. I waited a day and a half

I thought Super Poly was just a producer of garbage bags, pound bags, etc. before. I just found out now that they have a really wide variety of products. Tote bag, woven bag, flexible bag, multi paper bag... Oh my god, I haven't actually seen so many different bags.This is the second time I have come to their company to buy pound bags because their pounds bags are really nice quality, but the price has really gone up a lot! Lololol...Two years ago, I was looking for some special pound bags, so I went to their company, but they said they were a manufacturer and generally do not do retail, however in the end the man sold me some garbage bags and pound bags. I later found out that their plastic bags are pretty good to use.But I didn't give them 5 stars at the time because of that.First 5 star review because after I finished shopping, I left my phone there and it was past office hours that day, however their staff was waiting for me to come back to get my phone. I am very grateful for that!This time, their staff recognizes me, invited me to update the review. I’m happy too.

CM Edmunds: I like Richards packaging. I get my jars here. They are a warehouse and you have to order your stuff ahead. Ask the agent to send you specs of items, or go in an see what they have. Because its a warehouse, they have to get the order ready for you and you should come when its ready to pick it up. I've always had good service and they help me out when I ask for suggestions.
